Disappointing and don't recommend

I ordered 3 Breeze shirts on May 31, 2026 which cost me $87 (including shipping). Breeze had been flooding my social media feeds with nonstop ads about how their shirts are ideal for big men and constructed to not accentuate the belly. As a large guy (6'3/295), I took them at their word and thought this might be a great find. Was I ever wrong.

First, it took 2 weeks for the shirts to arrive. I'm sorry, I get they're not Amazon and did not expect them to arrive in 2 days, but 2 weeks??

Second, the moment I tried the shirts on I knew instantly it was bad news. I found them to be ill fitting and terribly constructed. And not at all as promised. I ordered a 4X even though I usually wear a 3X, because their size chart recommended it. And the 4X "fit" me. It got over my body without a problem. But the midsection area clinged to my gut and intensely accentuated the upper part of my gut in the worst way possible. They very thing Breeze claims it doesn't do, it absolutely did on me. In fact, I found their shirts to be one of the worst designed shirts I have ever tried on. Beyond it looking ill fitted, the head cutout was extremely small. I have an average sized head, but the shirts required me to unbutton all three neckline buttons just to squeeze my head through. The colors were nice and they "look" stylish, but once they were on me, they went from looking like nice shirts, to clinging to every ounce of my fat and making me look enormous.

Then - I found out that I will actually have to cover the shipping to return them. I am told by their customer service team that it will be $20 - $25 to ship.

Their ads make it look like they are designed for the large man - and that they really care about your experience. That's great, but it took forever to get to me, it didn't fit well or look good on me and now I am out $25 with nothing to show for it. My advice: don't do it. Stay away. I have learned a valuable lesson: which is that (in my opinion), Breeze is a "Direct to Consumer DropShipping" business that relies on algorithms to target consumers doing word searches or who view content pertinent to their product, and then flood that consumer with gimmicky ads on their social media account, hoping to interest and wear down this potential consumer, until they click the link and enter their credit card. I find it to be a slimy way of doing business and in the future will only spend money with known and trusted businesses that have better consumer policies, or small businesses that are more transparent, have better return policies and don't use the DTC model.

If you're a big guy looking for a well fitted shirt for your frame, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time with Breeze.

Refuse to accept product return

I clicked on the wrong size by accident. I want to return the product. This is Breeze response:

"We’re able to process a return for your item/items; however, please note that we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels.
As we are a UK-based company, all returns must be sent to our UK warehouse, and the estimated return shipping cost is approximately $20-$25 (varies by location and carrier).

As an alternative, we’re pleased to offer a 30% partial refund if you choose to donate the item/s locally."

I have the package, they shipped the product from a US based warehouse.

I would never risk buying from BREEZE again. They have terrible customer service.

I had a very bad experience with…

I had a very bad experience with Breeze. I ordered shirts in the size their chart recommended, but the shirts were too big. I contacted Breeze to exchange them for a smaller size and they wanted $8 per shirt to exchange them. Not wanting to do that, I just requested a return address because the advertise a 30 day no questions asked return policy. They said I would have to return them to their address in the UK and pay the shipping and it would cost too much, so I could keep them and they would reimburse me 30% of the purchase price. I said “no,” I want to return them for a full refund. I have requested to return these shirts 5 times, and they refused to give me a return address. They always had a slightly different reason or offer, but never allowed me to return them.

They sent me the wrong size- will not refund

They sent me the wrong size. When I brought it to their attention they said it was my fault I ordered small (I did not). I asked to exchange. They said keep them and they’d send three more if I paid shipping. I did. I received the 3xl and they are super small and tight, I asked to return them for a refund and they said since they’d already done an exchange (for the correct size) they can’t do a refund. Even though they claim on their website “try risk free for 30 days” that is a lie. Shady company, I’ll never order from them again.

Nope!

You will see a lot of reviews regarding inconsistent sizing. Their website stated that the shirts fit small. I wear an XL so ordered 2XL. They were definitely sized like 2XL and basically fit me like the tent they were promoting the other shirts fit like but theirs would better. Nope. Also they are very long. When I tried to return they said they don’t provide shipping labels and they would have to be returned to the UK warehouse at my cost of $20-$25. My shirts however were shipped from the US. A ploy to avoid returns? They said I can’t return to the address they came from as that is just a shipping company. Huh? Maybe a fulfillment center? Take no belief on their 30 day money back guarantee.

Slow delivery, Bad return policy

In this day and age, this company has a astonishing slow delivery system. Also their return policy is pretty bad. After waiting over 2 weeks for a couple of polos, I decided they were not at the quality level I anticipated and contacted them to initiate a return and was told that they do not supply pre-paid return labels and the typical shipping would $20-$25 or they would issue a 30% credit to my order. I would not recommend this company and will not order from them in the future.

I ordered (3) XXL and at best the shirts were Large...none fit. The fabric is practically see-through, and all are very low quality. Very obvious that these are cheap shirts being direct-shipped from overseas...DO NOT BUY!!!!

Warning for US customers - return shipping is international

Warning for US customers. This is a UK-based company that drop-ships from China. They advertise directly a 30 day money-back guarantee. But instead of offering a shipping label, they require you pay for international shipping or take a 30% partial refund and keep the clothing.

Their product page language is very clearly misleading. If this was domestic shipping at a few dollars, that’s a fair return price. But $20-30 international return label on a $90 order for 3 shirts is absurd.

Shipping Runaround

Ordered two weeks ago. Got a "Shipping Update" that looks like BS runaround. Shirts are made in China and it's telling me they have shipped to 4 different facilities for the past week.
Why do you need to send it to another facility to weigh it? And yet another facility to process it?

Sounds like shirts are produced when they are ordered.

I bought a bundle (6 or 8 pack) if shirts for my fiance. They didn't fit him. I contacted the company for either an exchange or refund. If I exchanged the shirts for a larger size than I would have to pay $8 delivery fee per shirt. If I wanted a refund then I have to pay for shipping them to the UK. They offer easy returns & 30 trail. They are not honest/transparent on the website about the fees for exchanges or returns.
