Stopped my subscription after years with no notice. Now won’t respond to my emails - I’ve sent 5.
I know they are still trading because my partner received his toothbrushes this week. VERY disappointed.

Impossible to cancel
I loved Bristle for a long time, however I no longer need the subscription, yet it is impossible to cancel. When I try to log in to cancel the subscription, it tells me that no account exists. I’ve emailed customer service a few times to try and cancel, but still haven’t received a response.

They emailed me and asked me to write a review even though i only use them because its an eco friendly toothbrush that is inexpensive and delivers.
