Quality of qurbani meat needs attention

We had an amazing experience with chippy. After being let down by eddy leisure (I would strongly advise to stay away from them!) John from chips helped us arrange some dodgems we needed for in an event in 4 days! They were great with communication and are very professional. We would 100% use again, I can thank you enough for how much you helped us out.

Have you ever heard the story of Darth Plagueis the Wise? No me neither but you should hear about Chippa.

Fantastic company! Professional, thorough and has something for everyone. We just had our quarterly team event and it was a lot of laughs with a bit of competition sprinkled in! This was all thanks to Chippa's great knowledge and enthusiasm to organise a top event!

I cannot recommend Chippa highly enough. We have booked several attractions through them for events. They have a huge range of attractions to choose from, all of which are of excellent quality, are good value, and turn up on time. I will definitely be booking through chippa again!

What a fantastic experience! From early enquiries to event day the service was smooth prompt and very professional. All the team were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The equipment, props, dancers and performers were all fantastic and made the event a huge success.

I booked chippa for an event over the christmas period and they will absolutely be my only go to from now on.

The professionalism from start to finish was fantastic, from the amazing customer service that came with the initial enquiry, right up to the final little touches added at the end of the event build.

Amazing company, did everything we wanted and more. Attention to detail is phenomenal, all the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Chippa comes highly recommended, and we will continue to use them for all our events in the future.

Booked some decor and props for my parents blessing last year. Was hugely pleased with Rachael and her team who couldn't do enough to help us make the day as special as possible; in both the lead up to the event (calling to check if we needed any assistance etc...) and on the day.
They worked around the venue's needs as well as the schedule and even collected the props in the early hours of the morning to support the venue.
Everything was really good quality and looked fantastic; they really made the event something special.

We were all so pleased that we have booked Chippa again to do with a family wedding in 2021.

Two days before the event, Chippa informed us that they couldn't deliver the alpine huts because the huts were stolen during transit. The following day they told us the goods were seize. 5 hours before the event starts (5:00am) a contractor showed up and left 3 huts because the gates were very narrow for the lorry and they didn't have the time to unload 15 huts. Please note that no site visit took place prior to the event as the contract stated.
If you respect your money, your self and your event.....NEVER NEVER USE!!!!
Chippa is an agency not a supplier and afterwards i found out that they have a reputation of overbooking during the busy holiday period to gain additional revenue.

Rachael and the team arrived early and where extremely professional and friendly.

We had a few last minute changes we wanted to make and Rachael was happy to cater for us as well as offer her professional opinion to enhance our vision.

Our venue was completely transformed. We had already seen the before and afters on chippas Instagram but the final result was way better than we could have imagined.

We will definitely be using them as our go-to every year onwards

Extremely disappointed with the service. We hire a Snow Globe photo booth for a Winter Gala after seeing wonderful pictures on their website.
They apparently decided to sublet to another company without letting us know. We had the event at luxury venue in central London. Two men arrived, poorly dressed, that looked extremely unprofessional. By the end of the night, they took 42 horrible pictures. Not even one is focused, they all look blurry, with people moving, heads cut off and the actual snow globe cannot be seen in any of the photos. The two men, were obviously not professional photographers, and we could have taken better pictures with a phone! Beyond disappointed especially after spending over 1k for it. Sent a email to complain to them which was totally ignored! Do not recommend AT ALL ! Really unprofessional and a waste of time!
