I can not put into words how much I have appreciated Kat’s support and input into the improvements I have made, in my entire life.

Firstly she has taught me how to deal with unexpected things that arise in life and riding, being able to quickly adjust from feeling like the world is ending/I am going to die to actually stop, think and question my thoughts.

In my riding Kat has shown me that it’s possible to achieve the things I want, but it takes daily work and commitment. Putting in and developing tiny habits that become easier over time, but only if I practice those habits daily.

I have gone from being petrified of turning my horse out, physically shacking, feeling nauseous to being relaxed, focused and happy when turning out. She has also been there to support me with riding alone, by giving me tools to cope with situations that may present.

In my day to day life I have become much more of a positive and productive me, Kat has shown me that again high performance habits are holistic, that everything we do links to our riding and vice versa, our riding effects family life, work and our social life, and all those aspects of my life effects my equestrian side of life.

I now feel more capable of becoming that high performer in all areas of my life.

I will continue to work with We are Dappled, so that I continue to become that rider and person

I love We Are Dappled clothing! As a polo player, I’m always looking for something very sweat-proof and extremely flexible! Both the two tops and the riding leggings I bought are perfect, I’m already planning to buy some more! The tops are a lovely colour, and the logo is subtle, giving the clothing a sophisticated look which is ideal when warming up my ponies and when I’m out of chukka team tops!
Cannot recommend We Are Dappled enough, and service was a dream, Kat helped me find exactly what I needed!
