While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Eiia provides holistic care for our clients throughout their menstrual cycle and we are actively creating a wider range of herbal and plastic free products to ease symptoms (e.g pain, hormonal imbalances, discomfort) during the four stages (Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulation & Luteal) of the menstrual cycle. We circulate products and materials efficiently by ensuring our packaging is designed to last and remain in use. We do this by selling our herbal teas in aluminium tins (a tin for life) and we supply loose leaf refills in 100% home compostable packets with optional tea bags made from abaca fibres. Similarly, our vulva balms can be purchased in glass jars (a jar for life) then in 100% home compostable pods made from bagasse for refills. All our products are also 100% natural, free from synthetic fibres, chlorine, toxins, and fragrances that can have negative impacts with long term use. Eiia is about so much more than our sustainable products, we are committed to educating our customers and the wider public on women’s health and wellness and are currently fostering partnerships that allow us to spread the word about vulva, vaginal and menstrual care. We post articles, engage in workshops and speak on panels about these topics. We also include tidbits inside our products for our customers' benefit.
