I am reporting "We Are Era Music BV" for repeatedly making YouTube Content ID claims on music that they do NOT own.
There are hundreds of people online dealing with their fraudulent claims.
I have official License Certificates for the music used in my own youtube videos.
Despite this, We Are Era Music BV has submitted Content ID claims against multiple videos, claiming ownership of royalty free music on Pixabay, or even the music I created.
When legitimate users receive these claims, they must spend significant time disputing them and proving they have permission to use the music.
If We Are Era Music BV has no legal ownership or exclusive rights over these recordings, these claims are misleading and interfere with the lawful use of licensed content.
I request that this company's practices be investigated to determine whether they are asserting copyright ownership over works for which they have no legal authority.
Me and other users have discussed with the composers, and confirmed in writing that they have no contract with "We Are Era Music BV", and have never authorized "We Are Era Music BV" to collect fees on their behalf.
Hundreds of creators are receiving the same false claims.
These claims are systematic, nit isolated mistake.
We must report these fraudsters!
