This is a selfish careless company and dealing with them will probably be disappointing. They do not respond to emails. They make mistakes regularly (see Reddit) they don't rectify their mistakes. They cause participants on Prolific who respond to their surveys carelessly and don't follow the site's advice. They are untrustworthy.
