Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service, the partner company does not serve to deliver, they leave notifications at the door without knocking, I have been at my house and they have not even called. I'm still waiting for my shipment, they don't give me any solution

We always use a tracked service for our International mail for extra piece of mind and can see from the tracking information that the parcel was attempted to be delivered and then redelivered with a notice left to reschedule shipment. Bought two harness bundles from here and quality is great and the patterns/colours are beautiful!
Encountered a small problem with sizing and Paw Couture were quick to solve this for me so was very pleased with their customer service.
The harnesses themselves seem sturdy so I hope they last well.
