No assembly guide. Noah sent email with link to assembly video. Guess what? The video did not work. Only sound. 3 weeks later and it still doesn't work. They did mail the missing guide. Had time slot to assemble when received. Have been trying to fit it in ever since and tried the video link again today when I had a few minutes between care giving. Save your time and energy and get one of the great shaggy ones that dogs love from furhaven for a fifth of the price. They are huge, already assembled and dogs love them!

Most comfortable bed EVER! Everyone in my family wants one! Noah, you were above and beyond, as far as customer service!

I am a 69 year old woman who lives alone, and even though I love the mattress, but putting the Pluff together is a bit much for just one person alone. My recommendation would be to put less stuffing in the sides and to put a zipper all the way around the bottom, so you don't have to try to stuff the mattress in.

I wish I could do a five star review but the Plufl isn’t quite there yet.
The inserts were way too large-which of course I didn’t realize until I went through the tedious process of trying to make them fit. I had to remove stuffing to make it work. I would appreciate an extra bag of stuffing-which I now have, but for it not to fit right from the start is a hassle.
The mattress is also too big. My Plufl is literally about to burst at the seems. Imagine trying to stuff twenty pounds into a five pound container-that was my experience. And i’m not convinced the zipper won’t eventually break from the pressure of the too large mattress. Also, you better have the space because it doesn’t fold in half very easily- and even if it is folded it’s not compact. It’s also very heavy and hard to move around.
Once you manage to put it together it is comfortable. The material is nice and seems a higher quality, although I know this type of material doesn’t wash well so, I would advise being careful when you launder it.

The plufl is as comfy as i hoped it would be, and is a great nest for me, my toddler and my dog! Love it!

I was scammed by this company. I ordered a plufl on President's Day to take advantage of the sale. They immediately charged my credit card even though it was not to ship until mid April. I contacted them 4/18. They said it would ship by the end of the month for sure. I still did not receive a shipment notice. I contacted them again asking to cancel my order and received no reply. They are selling the same plufl on Amazon and giving about a 3-day delivery for those.

The Plufl team did everything great!! While it did take some time to receive my Plufl, I know this is a company just starting out. The Plufl is very well made and even more comfortable than expected, my granddaughter visited yesterday, climbed in and said it's mine 😂 thank you Team Plufl

Plufls are the greatest invention ever. i seriously love mine so much and recommend getting one to anyone who loves being cozy and comfy!

Originally got scammed by another company... (BEWARE OF IMPOSTERS!) and went with the original... boy was I glad I DID! the quality is superb Comfort amazing and glad that I'm supporting a small business startup.

I got the Plufl for my son as a birthday gift. He loves soft and cozy stuff and sleeps in every which way orientation on his bed. Well, his loft bed is now where all his stuffed animals live, and the Plufl on the floor under the bed is where he sleeps ("I only want to sleep in my doggy bed"). We cuddle there together to read or listen to audio books and sometimes when he's at school and I'm taking a break from my brain-exhausting work, I nap in the Plufl bed. It's very soft and comfortable. I can see that maybe it's not the best for taller people who need to stretch out, or heavier people for whom the pad isn't thick enough. However, if neither of these describes you, the Plufl is a cozy, comfortable place to be.

I had an issue with shipping (the bolsters weren't included in the package) but the company quickly made it right.

Ordered product in October 2022. WhenI still hadn't received product by February 2023, I sent an e-mail and was told there was a problem. 3 weeks later I sent another e-mail asking what the problem was an was told it was a problem sending to my shipping address. They would send me another product if I paid for shipping. I asked for a refund. Was told refunds were not offered but would be sent the product free of charge. That was over 3 weeks ago. Do not anticipate ever receiving product. Also am out over $400.00.

Plufl is incredibly cozy and comfortable, and even big enough for some couples. I don’t overheat laying in it, either, which is a common problem for me. My only complaint and the reason it doesn’t get 5 stars, is that I’m only 5’10, which is pretty average height, and find myself a little too curled up because of the length of the Plufl. I wish it were just a little bit longer, then it’d be perfect!

The Product is so WONDERFUL!!! Otherwise Customer service could be better ..I purchase the product on recommendation from a friend and with the discount of $100.00 was a wonderful bonus..The day after my purchase I got a offer for $130.00 off of the product and I was told that it wouldn't be honored... I have worked with many companies before in my line of work they have always honored the better discount if it was right after purchased . I would order the product again if I was not living on a fixed income again as a gift and would recommend the product to anyone interested...

The bed was shipped earlier than I anticipated, and is everything I wanted and more. The only negative is that it is so comfortable that I can't lay in it for too long or I will fall asleep

The communication was amazing. I really appreciated how honest they were and how often they kept us updated. The plufl is better than expected and super soft. Will recommend to everyone!

I love it. I had a friend visiting for the weekend and I took the Plufl. It is so much more comfortable than a blow up mattress.
Last night I couldn’t sleep so I pulled out the Plufl and Ahhhhhhhh. I love the bolster that cuddles my back.
One suggestion…I put it together by myself but I think it’s a two people job.
