Absolute WORST Customer Service

Absolute WORST Customer Service. Ordered 3 beds in early December as gifts for grandkids. 2of the three arrived missing blankets and pillows and the bolsters were of very poor quality and appeared to have been used or recycled! NO LESS THAN 15 emails back and forth promising resolution with no results. Provided multiple pictures at their request, promised to receive communication from one of their "Co-Founders Noah" and nothing. Spent over $1200 with this company on the gifts. Totally disgusted with their lack of concern and reaction to customer issues. And still, over a month later, no communication, still missing product, and haven't had the defective parts replaced.

Don't do it

I didn't hear anything from the company until I reached out asking to cancel the order (as it wouldn't arrive in time for me to gift it as I had originally planned and I had to find something else). They said that their warehouse had been slammed and unfortunately they can't cancel the order because it's preparing to ship. I made it clear that I no longer want the item. Since it hasn't shipped, and I no longer have a need for it, it seems that the order could be canceled. Instead, I'll have to pay to return the shipment that hasn't yet shipped to me. What!?! Your site clearly states that shipments will go out in 3-5 days (and should arrive within 3-7 days). If you can't honor that, honor the requests to cancel.

Misleading, unhelpful, do NOT order, flat as a pancake

My first review never posted..hmmm seems fishy to me. I wish I could post the photo here of the Plufl XL I received. Looks NOTHING like the photo on the order page. They actually changed the design all together from what it was originally, to something clearly cheaper and disfunctional, but failed to post that on their page as well. They won't let me return it because apparently the money back guarantee does NOT apply to the Plufl XL. It's outright misleading. They said they'd send extra filling after not returning it for me, never received that either. It’s flat as a pancake on the long sides with a gap on the bottom between the sides that touches the hard floor. Literally useless.

I can't use the pillow I recieved as it…

I can't use the pillow I recieved as it is the orignal size (per their website) and not the large I ordered meant for taller people. I ordered back in October and have sent multiple emails trying to remedy the situation. I have been asked to submit photos three times and have done so twice (I will not keep sending photos to extend this process...they have two diff sets taken at least a week apart) showing the measurments that match those for an original pillow on their website. I still have not received the free cooling blanket that came with my order. Customer service will run round and round avoiding the problem and prolonging the experience as long as possible. I really tried to work with this company. I gave them 2 1/2 months to make this right. It is no small thing to spend $200 on a pillow in a last ditch effort to improve sleep quality. I am very disappointed in how this entire process has been handled by this company.

Wish I had seen these reviews before…

Wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I’d seen Noah and Yuki on Shark Tank and was rooting for them. I was not expecting their company to be a complete SCAM.

I ordered the HUGL with cooling blanket in late Oct. 2025. It’s now 2026 and I have nothing. I’m still waiting on TRACKING INFO. Mind you, the products were promised to be shipped in 3-5 days. But it’s been 3 months and not even tracking info sent. I’ve emailed countless times asking for updates, and Bryan’s only response is to apologize for delay and promise to have info soon. I’ve now asked for my order to be cancelled with full refund but I suspect that won’t happen either and I’ll have to go through the credit card company. Absolutely disappointing.

Ordered item on 11/19 and still no response

Ordered item on 11/19 and got the order confirmation and person personally working on my order info right away. After 3 business days of no contact ( except to upsell and new sales promos) I emailed to the company to at least find out what’s going on. I get that there may be delays especially this time of year. So far I keep getting promo emails but no response to my inquiries. It’s now 12/01 and still nothing. After reading all the bad reviews now, I will be disputing the charges with my credit card for not providing any of the products I ordered. I will just stick with Amazon for future orders. Thanks plufl for the horrible experience and lack of communication. We are plufl contact is a joke and the site is a scam, shark tank should be ashamed of backing this scam company.

UPDATE: Received email 03/05/26 to resolve experience issues. Never got ordered items but was refunded. Plufl sent a blanket at no charge to resolve experience issues. Received blanket within 3 days.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. The company states “sleep free for 30 days”. The day I received my pillow I realized it was not for me, it’s pretty big and heavy. But I slept on it, the thought, not the pillow and decided to send it back. First YOU have to pay to return it AND there’s a 20% restocking fee. So this nonsense of sleep free is a plain lie. I put the pillow in a bag that you could vacuum all the air out if it, like I received it, took it to send it back, it would cost over $100 to send back. I reached out to the company a few times only to be blown off, stating the return policy was explained. But it was not.

From Frustration to Fan: How Plufi Made Things Right

Although my customer experience started rocky, the company (in particular, Noah, the president) reached out to me to make things right. I expressed my opinions about what could be improved, and I believe he heard and respected them. A cool blanket (it is literally cold, which is huge for someone like me who runs hot) came with the pillow. I love it so much, I purchased another one, queen size this time. Young companies can learn and grow. I'm now a fan.

SCAM

I joined the Pluflt affiliate program after seeing their promotion that promised fair commissions for referred sales.
After generating real traffic and recorded conversions, Pluflt completely stopped responding and never issued my payment, even after several follow-ups.

From my experience, this program seems dishonest and lacks transparency.
I strongly advise other affiliates to stay cautious and do thorough research before joining.

Owner is great

Editing 11/21/2025: I'm increasing my rating because the owner called me himself, unprompted, to make things right and offer a full refund. He said that there had been some issues over the summer that they are now addressing. I very much appreciate his reaching out and taking ownership of the issues. Five stars for him. Still zero stars for the original issues and customer service representatives, but hopefully this means future customers will now have a better experience.

Original thoughts:
The company didn't ship my product until I complained about not receiving it, at which point I *didn't even want or need it anymore* and told them so. (It was supposed to be a gift and their delay meant it was too late to be useful.) They absolutely refuse to take any responsibility for this and insist that I have to pay return shipping. !!!!!

Company takes money and ghosts you

I placed an order that I never received. It says "expedited shipping" on their website. Once that time frame passed and I still never received a shipping notification, I reached out to customer service and was told "the order is held up at customs." Five days after that, I reached out again and was told "it is processing in our warehouse." A week later, still no shipping. Customer service stopped responding to any emails at this point and completely ghosted me, so I'm going through my credit card company to recover my money.

Unreliable fulfilment, poor communication.

Free Shipping might as well be a code for "Unreliable Fulfillment". After an aggravating series of marketing emails over 4 days post-purchase of a Plufl XL, I emailed asking about a shipping notification. Two days later they responded with the generic "We mistakenly marked your order as shipped and it will be shipped in 24 hours." Five days after that: No shipping confirmation.

As far as I can tell, Yuki and team have nothing to do with Plufl anymore, and this is a dropship operation with no communication.

Placed order and had a question…

Placed order and had a question regarding a discount I forgot to apply during the order process. Bryan, customer service rep, reached out in less than 24hrs and was extremely helpful. Not sure why other reviews reflect the customer service is poor - my experience was definitely not the case. Now do keep in mind that it does take time to make the products - so I’ll wait patiently for my order. 🥰

SCAM COMPANY

It has been 8 weeks and I have still not received my $200 order, no tracking information, only support is to send a message on their site and no phone number. The phone number you see below these reviews does not answer and has no way to leave a voicemail. Google also doesn’t have a way to leave a review and warn others - this is a scam company.

The Plufl is a STAPLE in our home

Okay, the Plufl is definitely worth the money for me and mines! If you are someone who hosts constantly or someone who has a big family, this is the perfect little bed to have in your living room or in a sitting setting. When I have guests over, especially with all their children, the Plufl is the first thing they sit in and enjoy. Anyone who comes over always talks on how comfy it is. Everyone wants to have a turn! When my family and guests are not making use of it, I am in it during the night relaxing and watching shows.

I really enjoy using the Plufl, and even more, my family and friends love it too!

Never will I order from PLUFL again

I placed an order with PLUFL on 4/8, but unfortunately, I received an item that was not what I purchased. Order Number: 26975 - Item I Ordered: Fitted Sheet for Plufl Human Dog Bed, Item I Received Instead: 2 Blush Colored Plufl Spare Covers. I emailed PLUFL on 4/24, 4/25 x 5 times that day, 4/26 with photos of what I received, 4/29, 4/30 and 5/8. Each time, a person by the name of Bryan responded that he is taking care of my issue and he will send me tracking info for the correct item. I have not received the correct item, nor any tracking information, nor have I received any information as to what to do with these blush-colored spare covers they sent me. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge which is a whole process and will eat up my time trying to get Chase everything they need so that my dispute will be resolved in my favor.
I have been a long-time PLUFL customer, but will never order from them again. 0 Stars if I could.
