We have to find a way to shut down this fraudulent company, I been asking for months about my refund. So these Chinese Muthafuckas think they can just take from us Americans. My name is Tupeace Eloheem from Cleveland, Ohio I ordered From this company 2 months ago, First off….They sent my order to the wrong house, when clearly my address was not incorrect, and they don’t want to give me my money back $60……
I feel like I been robbed by gun point, and nobody rob’s me and get away with it. I want compensation for my pain and suffering. If anybody can help me destroy this company

Same as most on here. Made an order when the tracking says it was delivered but I didn't receive anything I notify them and they say they'll send it again but it doesn't arrive again. When you tell them to return your money they say they can only refund some of it but not all. I've already reported to Missouri Attorney General as a scam business in China.

Please avoid purchasing anything from this website as it appears to be AI generated. I recently bought a product from them and received an email with a tracking number, only to find out that FedEx had lost my package. When I tried to request a refund on the website, I encountered some misleading information. They redirected me to a compensation site, which also seemed unreliable. I plan on reporting this website for their deceptive practices.

Too bad there is not an option for no stars. I placed a order 31 days ago and followed up on it every week. Each time I was told that the order is in transit and could not be canceled. Today I was informed the package was delivered and signed for... it was not, nor was was a delivery/signature receipt or delivery photo provided. Both the seller and the shipper is telling me to contact the other. Their shipper (Track718) requires a $5 membership fee for customer support, Both parties are a joke... scammers. Avoid Wearira!!!

If I could give it a half a star I would. This website is a joke. I order stuff from them the tracking says it was delivered but I never received it. I emailed them about fixing the issue and they said they would send other order out to replace the one I didn't get same thing happened again. This place is a scam will never buy anything from them again and will not recommend to anyone.

Horrible company spent $29 still have not received the order second time a ride they sent it nothing wow this is crazy. I lost my $29 I still don't see the order

I am experiencing the same as everyone else on here. I have been offered an opportunity to start aclass action lawsuit against the company and all of its so called carrier companies. Im looking into it as I write this. If the case is excepted I will post again on here where u can file your claim.

I paid $25 for a wearira winter coat . 9 weeks later , my item still hasn't arrived and they didn't provide any tracking number . I sent an email on their website , but no reply. Wearira was quick to charge my card . I can't believe that I fell for their scam and I'm out of 25 dollars .

I have yet to receive the order I placed almost 2 months ago and it says it was delivered on January 14th, let alone the fact they say there's nothing they can do about it now. I guess I was just a quick scam.

I hav had the same issues with this company, ordered 3 coats for christmas, never delivered had a reship never delivered. Wrote to them told them they have a choice give me the carrier information or they refund me all my money back, if not i call the bank and tell them what happen and get it back that way this.
This company needs to be stopped and it is illegal what they are doing as well. No more for me ordering from trusted site this said it was .

Just like everyone else, I ordered on 12/6/25. Got delivery confirmation but no packages. I did find an email address for them, and they did offer to reship. I agreed to the expedited reshipment, was told they would use a more reliable carrier. Well here I am again, today, with a delivery confirmation and no packages. Company is a scam. Dont do business with them.

I ordered 3 coats and on 1/17/26 I got email saying delivered. It was not delivered and I was home all day. I’m sick and can’t get out much. I have tried to get in touch with their carrier service, but no responses from anyone. The use track 718, just disappointed in the whole situation

I am still waiting for my order $35.00, I made a order just after the new year, they sent no commication no receipt, no nothing, I have had similar issues with Goda they sent me nothing but after I sent email after email they finally sent my money back, now they are going to into my account trying to get money for nothing they never sent me anything all these scams, IL Makiage they took my money on a try before buy before I tried it I finally got that straight after 3 months

If I could rate 0 stars I would.. I ordered my family $50 worth of Christmas presents about 2 weeks before Christmas hoping it come just after new Year at the latest.. here we are 1/16/26 and all I have gotten is an odd email stating from the 718 tracking that it was delivered to my home at 6:03pm est.. well we have looked all the way around the house , in the mailbox and nothing !!!

I order jackets thinking it couldn't be real but I did it anyways. The company sent me 718 tracker which told me my package was delivered about nothing came and now I can't get a hold of the company to get a refund or find out which carrier delivered my order.

I only gave it a star so I could let people know that this is a scam sight they got your money and they don't send your stuff.

I ordered 3 items for my Husband!! I placed the order in the beginning of December, 2025 and it's now mid January, 2026 and we still have not received anything from them!! I am not going to bother to message them and ask for a refund because when I placed the order, I was telling myself that I was taking the chance of this being a scam company due to the price!! My order came to about $30....it sucks to lose 30 bucks...especially being on disability!! However, I KNEW that you just CANNOT put faith into companies like this online!! All I could do is HOPE for an honest company,But I KNEW better!! I would NOT have ordered if it was more than $30, and I almost didn't place this order,my limit is usually$15

They don't EVER deliver your order and take your money!! Been waiting since November and I was told that things were delivered when I asked for proof of a picture or anything they could not give me that and now you guys send things out to another career and the exact same thing happened I would have completely fraudulent and fake and scam site.
