Brilliant customer service, response to email in less than an hour. Very helpful & polite

Very pleased with shrine. I used the Ash blonde toner drops and did work well, though i had to use 10 drops to get my desired look. Looking forward to trying the white blonde. Can you recommend which one would be best to kill yellow tones please?

Unfortunately my hair became dry and brittle after using shrine falling out and breaking like mad .Followed instructions so don't know what went wrong but my hair never been so bad even after colouring with shop bought brands.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU REGULARLY BLEACH YOUR HAIR!!!!!
This product has absolutely ruined my hair, it markets itself on being temporary however they use the most stubborn pink pigment that has clung to my hair after multiple bleaches, toners, permanent colour it protrudes through them all! My hair is damaged! My hair is discoloured! I maintained a gorgeous blonde colour for two years plus! Along comes this product and my hair is permanently RUINED!! I plan to take this further by any means necessary! My weave is completely f***** and it cost so much money!

I liked the idea of this product but I wouldn't recommend if you have a few different tones in your hair. I have old balyage in my hair which has mostly grown out but still a few blonder bits at the front along with micro ring hair extensions due to a bad experience with a salon cutting too much thickness out. The drops took well to my hair but made the lighter parts go green/grey. The micro ring extensions haven't taken to the drops as it's someone else's hair and doesn't take for whatever reason. It's shame as it seems like a good product but sadly hasn't worked for me. If you have natural undyed brown hair then this product would work well for you. Giving my honest opinion.

Ordered some colours but changed my mind when I saw they might stain. Asked for some different colours, sent back by recorded post to which I can see it was received on the 17th October.

Tried emailing and Facebook several time no reply. Don’t buy anything unless you’re willing to take the chance the product is ok.

Purchased the bronde drops, they were essentially empty apart from the residue on the stick. I contacted shrine on instagram, messenger and also email and have been completely ignored.., how is this acceptable

Bought Ash blonde toner, did everything it said but it did NOTHING to my hair, so disappointed

I’ve wanted to try shrine for such a long time. Ordered the conditioner and the ash toner. First time I used it I put 6 drops in left it on 10min washed it off NOTHING! no change what so ever! My ends are bleached white and my roots are about a level 9/10. Didn’t get rid of the yellow at all.
So the second time I used it I put 13 drops left it for an hour washed it off NOTHING!!! Hair still looks the same. The first time I used a cheap shampoo I buy for the hubby as I forgot to grab some from the salon. So I assumed it was that,
The second time I used a salon well known brand and it made 0 difference. I’m only giving it 2 stars instead of 0 because the conditioner made my hair nice.

I am 75 and don't usually colour my hair. My hair colour is GREY, wanted a bright colour to go to a "Pink "Themed" party, and as it is meant to fade after a few washes I tried the pink. Six drops and it came out very pale pink, so tried it again with less conditioner and more drops and it was fantastic! No colour came off on clothes or pillows, and after 4 washes the colour almost disappeared. I was really happy with this product, no phaff to use, no chemicals smells and I and my friends all like the colour. Will try another colour soon! PS you can buy this product in Boots, Superdrug and Sainsburys in the UK.

Not happy.. my item arrived and despite ordering the toner drops and conditioner mix, I am missing the conditioner.. I’ve emailed, instagrammed and facebooked the company and not receiving any response despite them being actively online.. never ordering from here again. £20 for half my products, not happy!!

I really wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt....but unfortunately they live up to their reputation!

My order was lost via another awful company Hermes/Evri on 24th August.

I emailed the orders @weareshine email which they tell you in the comments on here to contact them, but will never respond and you won't get a confirmation that your email was received.

It is now day 7 of my item being lost and I have emailed 5 times, sent a message via Instagram and another message via Messenger with no joy!

All I want now is a full refund because if the product is as good as the Customer Service, that stuff is going no where near my hair!!

ADVISE TO ANYONE LOOKING TO USE THIS COMPANY.....BE AWARE YOU MAY HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE!!

How long will it take for me to get a response? I will comment on here everyday until I do!

Chloe from customer service made contact the day I put this up, but still not come back with an update on my item.....that was 3 days ago!!

Love the products great quality. The awesome thing is that even when they are fantasy hair color they don’t dye clothes as much as other brands. Also the quality is great and no weird odors. Just love it.

Great product! I love the control it gives you over the end result. My first application wasn’t the best but I put that down to the fact that I mixed it with a conditioning mask instead of my basic conditioner. I’ll definitely buy again 🤗

I love shrine, the colours are so vibrant, easy to maintain and easy to change up if you feel like it. The first dye I've used that doesn't make my scalp feel like it's on fire, and my hair is so soft after use that I'm blown away. Try it and you'll never go back.

Start to finish praise for this product!
Delivered quickly, well protected, & easy instructions. After using the first time I instantly came back for more colours.
I am natural redhead with long bleached blonde hair, and with roots always coming in, I was looking for an alternative to constant expensive salon visits, especially as I am fickle about what I like, but I knew I wanted to stop bleaching.
I found Shrine on TikTok & YouTube and it really is as easy as it looks. I mixed various colours to achieve a darker root to mix with my own, fading to lighter colours - a kind of ombre.
I was able to control it how I liked, and every time I wash some of the colour comes out. I don't have to top it up every wash, for me it has staying power, but I can if I want - or I can change it!
Can't believe I've found a product I would be happy to use for many months before I feel I would need a salon appointment.
Please try it, I am sure you won't be disappointed - if you are, it will wash right out!
