I am on my 2nd box of soups and was able to choose my flavours. I have inflammatory bowel disease so I have to be very careful. Most of the flavours have a hefty dose of chilli so no good for me, but I have found the mushroom one, and tomato and red pepper one have less pepper, and I can tolerate them. As I have quite a few dietary restrictions so it's lovely to find a healthy lunch option that us easy to make. I also use as a base for stews. One star less for the chilli.

Soul Kitchen soup is just wonderful. It tastes heavenly and so easy to make one handed (broken arm} and it's filled with nutrients. And it's vegan too! Absolutely love it💚💫

Soul Kitchen has an excellent media presence and I'm a sucker for a small business. So I bought a starter pack which included 3 packs of each flavour. Not a fan I'm afraid. Lots of social media style over substance. The flavours were odd and very "dusty". Very much tasted like a packet soup. Really wanted to like them as they look and sound great. All good stuff and no added extras. I think the flavourings overpowered the veg. Curry flavour more than the parsnip and potato. The beetroot and coconut wasn't likeable at all.
We all have our tastes though. But won't be reordering these. I gave them to friends who also were not fans.

Unfortunately didn't like any flavour. Too earthy tasting and not much flavour

I bought a variety pack at the start of the year and tried all the various flavours. My favourite is definitely the Mexican style tomato and red pepper. I loved it the most so I have re-ordered another two boxes just of that flavour. Thank you Soul Kitchen for your great new approach to instance soups. The best way to make them is described on the packet. Put a bit of boiled water in the mug first, then put in the powder. I then whisk it up. I like to use my coffee frother to help mix the soup so you don’t get any lumps. And finally I top up the mug with more hot water.

The delivery was quick and I had already tried the trial pack so it was a no brainer to order the mixed box. It did not fail I really love them and the taste is so delicious!

I ordered the variety box to try all the flavours. I wasn't expecting them to taste so good but they are all fabulous, and good for you too! Exactly what I need when I come in from work, stops me diving in to the unhealthy snacks!

Took a chance ordering the variety pack after seeing an ad on social media. I was attracted by the claim of all natural ingredients and convenience of a powdered soup. So glad I did - I absolutely ADORE these soups! Have just placed my 3rd repeat order due to quality of product, variety of interesting flavour combos and outstanding customer service. Keen to try new flavours as they’re introduced, but that’s the only thing I would change! Keep doing what you’re doing, Soup Kitchen!

Very tasty and satisfying with crackers or bread. Good variety, and a healthy option for work lunches. Light to carry on journeys.

They are a boon to those of us who are gluten and dairy-free. Easy to make, healthy ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging. The flavours are what I would expect of veg powders,bolstered by herbs and spices. When I don't have time to make soup or would like a quick soup while travelling, etc. these are ideal.

Just had my first Soul kitchen soup ( beetroot and coconut ) and it was delicious. If the other flavours are anything like this , my next order will be with you very soon.

Delicious one mug packet soups that are ideal for a quick lunch. Make sure you stir them well as they do make a good thick soup. Going to put in another order.

Highly recommended healthy and tasty lunch options for the office.

These soups make my vegan heart sing! I had bought a few of the variety boxes from Amazon but when I heard of 2 new flavours from the Soul Kitchen site I took advantage of the £5 off offer and bought the Mushroom and Green varieties. It speaks to the quality of Soul Kitchen soups that I was willing to commit to spending over £40 without having tasted them.
I wasn't disappointed - these are my absolute new favourites. The clean ingredients and those magic words "palm oil free " plus the depth of flavour......I wouldn't buy any other powdered soup and actually never found a single brand that wasn't full of nasties.

I ordered these soups because I was looking for a cuppa soup that was as natural as making my own soup. I bought the variety box and every single flavour smells and tastes amazing! The texture is thick and smooth, just how I would expect a homemade soup to be, and I genuinely looked forward to trying each new flavour. I will be recommending these to everyone I know.

I got the sample pack,to see what they taste like, but mostly to see if the ingredients agreed with me. I've not been disappointed at all. They are very tasty and full of natural flavour. Ordered more, thank you 😊 I think my favourite is the Thai beetroot coconut soup,

An Amazon issue re: missing sachets from the variety pack was resolved quickly and efficiently by Soul Kitchen Soups who dealt with me directly - and sent a replacement pack. Now that’s what I call superb customer service. 👏👍 I’ve not yet had a chance to try the soups but when I do I’ll be back with another review.

I didn't enjoy the flavour of these soups. I found them quite bland but very heavy on the spices. I appreciate many people do enjoy them and that they include healthy natural ingredients but they just not for me. I received a refund so was good to not be out of pocket.

The soups are terrible… they are either bland or overly spiced. A faff to make up with half water then stir .. lumpy … then rest of water … now a sloppy watery mess.
Definitely not worth the money

These soups are fantastic. Do try them. They taste like a home made soup delicious soup. They have replaced all other brands for me. It’s so good to have something that ISN’T full of nasties. Great flavour choice too.
