I just filled the medical form out paid and made an appointment to have a video call with a trained nurse she was so lovely her name is Yvonne she explained everything to me ) I will ask to speak to her again! With my follow up!!
The parcel came within 2 days of approval! And with Royal Mail not the other delivery people you can’t rely on!!!
I am looking forward to my journey now I have found such nice people

I can honestly say that I have been so impressed with the communication given by Claire in the office, no matter how many questions I had she was there either via email or phone call, my consultant was booked with Steph who was open and honest talk about what I want what I want from the product what the product can do for me, i found it reasuring that i have access to the team on a regular basis, Steph explained she will give me the good the bad and ugly and she didn't disappoint, being with weight management for 5 years & no further forward i got details for Well from my GP practice. I also like the fact this is run by GPS i feel extremely confident that my journey will be what I expect and more...

Right from my first enquiry to my second call from nurse Stephanie Smith who is marvellous answered all my quierys really encouraging. I have sent a couple of email questions they answer straightaway no problem at all. I can’t recommend them highly enough wish I knew about their service before very happy customer.

I have had nothing but positive experiences when speaking to my Vertis Health advisor. She has been wonderful, asking all of the necessary questions regarding how I am getting on, any side effects and allowing me to go at my own pace. She encourages me to email her with any questions I might have that I forgot to ask at my appointment. I always look forward to my monthly review.

So happy to review my experience with these guys ❤️ The lady I spoke to was kind, took the time to listen to my concerns and had a lot of good advice. I’ve been nervous about Mounjaro because of the side effects etc but it really helped to talk to a nurse beforehand and know they had a good understanding of my own medical history before they prescribed it… It made me feel a lot more safe than ordering from a pharmacy, which is great.
