I was unhappy with my experience this time. I placed the order and contacted support within five minutes to request a size change for the pants, but they were unable to assist. I was told the order was already being processed and that the only options were to cancel it or arrange a return after delivery. This was frustrating, and overall I’m not satisfied with how the situation was handled this time.

The live chat was very useful prior to deciding my purchase. The process was easy and the shipping was super quick although I did choose the express service. I plan to return for more purchases, even though I'm not a health care provider I like the scrub pants and may buy some to try. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I love the scrubs but I’m not happy with the…
I love figs but I’m not happy with the customer service I got about the Allison wide leg scrub pants I purchased. I bought my usual size only to get them two weeks later which was ridiculous and they were way too tight and I’ve never had a problem with that side as I have five other pairs in that particular size. When I reached out to customer service asking for a refund, they told me to re-purchase another pair because it will be faster and I never got a return so I had one pair of pants. I can’t do nothing with so I won’t be returning.
