Had order a single shirt on December…
Had order a single shirt on December 5th for Christmas for one of my family members, it’s now December 23rd and shirt still hasn’t arrived, original delivery date was December 16th but they have pushed back the delivery date 3x now and still have no confirmation on when order is going to arrive. Terrible communication have tried contacting their email and phone number but have gotten no response. Terrible website and services do not recommend

Shipping takes FOREVERRRRR
Takes forever to ship out items I ordered mine 12/9/25 in which it states 7-10 business days to receive item. As of today 12/23/25 it still shows that my product has a shipping label created. I ordered in ample amount of time for it to get here on Christmas so thanks for ruining Christmas because of this I will never order here again.

Order process and website are great
Order process and website are great. However, I ordered item December 8, 2025 (Monday) and didn't process order and ship until December 20, 2025 (Satuday) which is way after the 2-9 day USPS shipping window. They decided to process and ship order 11 days after order was placed and about 48 hours after I sent an email requesting to cancel because it would not be delivered in time for Christmas. I would suggest paying the extra in shipping to expedite like a few weeks in advance 🤦♂️. He lack of transparency will not have me buying from them again. Good luck to them.

Ordered two t shirts that never came. I contacted the support. First they answered but then stopped responding. I had to reclaim the USD 100 through my credit card company. 👎

Spoiled Christmas
Placed and paid for an order on 07th of December. It is now 22nd of December and I am still waiting to receive my items. No confirmation email has been received but payment has been taken. Not very good service. Particularly as the items requested are a Christmas gift.
