Do not order from this site

Do not order from this site. I ordered a sweater (large) it did not fit like most large items I have purchased. I sent it back for an Xiarge. I followed the return instructions to the letter. After waiting 5 months for a new item I opened the package only to find the same sweater. I sent detailed instructions for my return even a five year old could follow.

A total scam

A total scam, item finally arrived, poorly made, nothing like the item advertised, no return label or company reference, e/ mails a run around from place to place, tried to ring not a snow ball in hell chance. This company should shut down. Still trying to get a refund, not holding my breath. Do not trade with this company.

Don't order from this company

Placed order and paid, through PayPal, in good faith. Order was acknowledged, without an indicated despatch, which based on their website would be no later than 15 days. After this period had lapsed, and no despatch notification had been received, I made contact to establish order status and was informed that there had been a delay in procurement of the material to allow manufacture of the garment, but they would expedite.

I then followed with several emails with each being responded to that they would despatch "in a few days".
Eventually did a review of Wearing Pearl on TrustPilot and realised that I, along with others, had been well and truly "conned"!
Immediately raised a dispute, through PayPal, which prompted a response from Wearing Pearl, requesting me to cancel the dispute since it meant they couldn't despatch the goods. Even at this stage they couldn't say when they planned to make a despatch. Cut and paste emails were being received on a daily basis requesting that I cancel the "dispute" claim. No mention was ever made of them trying to resolve it.

Luckily PayPal settled the claim, in my favour, and have processed a full refund. If I had paid directly,I feel there would have been a different outcome and I would have suffered a total loss of the cash paid upfront.

Was sent a really poor copy of a top I ordered. Tried to send it back but there is no return process. Luckily I paid by PayPal so I complained to them and they intervened. I even got my £15 return postage back from PayPal. Why financial institutions are still processing payments to these charlatans is beyond me. They are criminals and should be shut down

I’ve not been conned for years

I’ve not been conned for years, sadly these people caught me at a bad time and I fell straight in. I foolishly didn’t look at trust pilot until after I’d ordered. I did cancel my card straight away just in case they sold on my information. So I’m only a few quid down and I won’t be disappointed by what arrives as they have already told me it won’t and apparently it’s my problem to find the garment. Fool me once........

FAKE online shop front

I purchased a top for $45 USD on WearingPearl a fortnight ago and my payment was made through PayPal.
I have been trying to reach them via their email list on their website and it bounces back so I googled their address which is listed in Poland of all places. Will be reporting it to my bank and PayPal to cancel fraud purchase.

Items received are a joke

Items received are a joke. They look like a child's drawing of the item ordered. Knockoff, poorly made copies of the items they're advertising. Avoid these charlatans at all costs. Disgusting that they're still allowed to operate.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I've ordered from them and the company that took the money for my order was called Kissloss ?????, not wearingpearl.com.
They never confirmed my order by email as all other companies do straight away which made me suspicious already. I should have checked on trustpilot before ordering. Wearingpearl did not reply to my query email asking them to confirm my order. I doubt if I will ever receive the goods...........so bad. They need to be stopped!!!

I ordered two items from them on 14th February but haven't yet received them. I've tried contacting the company via various email addresses they display but have received no response. I think they're probably a fake retailer and I was taken in by a google ad. I'm contacting my bank now to try to reverse the payment.
