the best shop in Kosovo

Order was sent to the wrong name and address, even though I clearly filled in everything correctly.

Customer support was rude and unhelpful – instead of solving the issue, they blamed me as the customer.

I even offered them an easy solution: just send me a new shirt instead of the refund, or at least take my case seriously. I told them I’d happily leave a positive review if they made things right – but the experience was just far too bad

I had to keep messaging them just to get any reply. Sometimes they didn’t answer for days and even told me not to “spam” and being called the "worst costumer ever" when I politely reminded them after two days of silence.

In the end, I did get a refund – but only after weeks of stress, and I never received the shirt I actually ordered.

Even though the money came back, the whole process was unprofessional, unreliable, and extremely disrespectful. I cannot recommend this shop at all. Also, many of the glowing reviews here seem very questionable.
