My daughter is very slender and has a small band size, so these bras have been a god send for her as a 30A. She's loved all of them, as they do have proper fut and push up, and we've bought many for t... See more

I wanted to share my experience buying bras from Pepper so that hopefully others don't waste the money and can look for a more quality-controlled and honest brand.
I first bought two XS non-pushup bras, and although the straps on one bra are shorter, adjusted they both still fit around my torso and shoulders comfortably.
However, the two 32A wireless pushup bras I ordered next had much less fabric around the torso so I had to buy extenders. I wore them out to work and realized how much the straps were digging into my shoulders (they were at max length), to the point where they were causing sharp pains in my shoulders and shoulder blades.
I explained this to support, and the response was that all the straps are the same length (not true), and that since I took the tag off already they can't do anything about it (also a lie- they had the opportunity to appreciate me pointing out multiple inconsistencies and refund me, but chose not to). And that bra was $65.
I'm very disappointed because I thought I had found the perfect cups for my small ones, but Pepper doesn't do right by the customer.
I couldn't find the option to post a review on their website, either. Super shady.
The quality of the product is ok and it lived up with its promises - I give them that. The only downside really is the price. I think the current price is just too much compare to the benefit you can get from the item. Other brands can now offer the same benefits on their bras at fraction of the price. I just recently bought a padded bra from Triumph Philippines and I would say it’s better. Same with the promises of Pepper - no gap and caters small sizes like mine being 32AA. Also, I just paid £28 as opposed to £56 (that’s the promo price while the original price is £71). Unfoh, I will not be buying from them anymore unless Pepper would later update its pricing to be more competitive with other brands.
I ordered my bras x2 on 9th April, they have not arrived and the track and trace says they were shipped on the 9th and there's no update since then! Scam company, they just took my money
Taking your own measurements with their guide was so easy. They had an excellent selection of affordable sale items for first time buyers & the selections overall had something for everyone. I shopped Victoria's Secret for years, had fittings, & tried numerous bras. None ever fit quite right. These bras are amazing!!! No gapping & so comfortable you forget you are even wearing a bra. I have found my favorite place to buy bras from now on. I only wish Pepper had come out sooner!!!
Pepper bras are a mixed bag just like all other bras. Some women swear this is their HG bra. Pepper censors negative comments & blocks users on social media. They "fail to post" negative reviews on their website, or hide negative reviews *at the end* of their long list of reviews where potential buyers never bother to look/read. Filter their reviews for negative reviews. You *may* get a more accurate idea. Keep in mind that they DO censor reviews. I bought a Limitless Wirefree Bra 3 years ago following explant surgery. Left with little, I was eager to have a good-fitting wirefree bra to make me feel feminine and pretty. Sizing indicated that I'm a 36A. I tried both Medium and Large to be sure. Large was too loose in the band. I tried them on b4 I was able to wear a bra all day. Medium seemed to fit, but a 10 minute try-on is *wholly inadequate* & won't tell you the truth. By the time I could wear a bra all day, I discovered the unsightly seam down the middle of the Limitless Wirefree shows thru shirts & is most unattractive. The Limitless Wirefree provides no shape whatsoever & just flattens me out, not what I want after explant. It did NOT make me feel good, especially with that unsightly seam. The straps are too short. Extended all the way, the bra pulls up uncomfortably on my boobs all day. It's uncomfortable within an hour. After an hour, I want to tear it off & go braless. Upsizing does not help this issue. I then tried the Mesh All You, hoping it would provide shape & a comfortable no-show fit, still not realizing that I need to "try on" a bra for more than 10 minutes. Ever the optimist, I tried sister sizes -- 34B & 38AA. The band on 34B was too tight and the band on 38AA was too loose. I kept the 36A. By the time I was ready to wear a wired bra *all day,* the exchange/return window had expired. The Mesh All You has a couple stitches holding the mesh to the cup, causing the bra's outline to fully show thru shirts in a most unflattering manner, unless you're the sort, who only wears big baggy sweaters. It felt as uncomfortable & abrasive as every other underwire that I've ever worn in my life. The materials are NOT plush, soft, cushiony, or comfortable in any way, & AGAIN, the straps are too short even extended all the way out. Ever the optimist, I've continued to try their other bras in the last 3 years hoping they've improved their sizing and quality control as they've expanded their lineup. My first Classic All You bra in White Smoke 36A was as close to perfect as Pepper will ever get. It fit fairly well with the shoulder straps extended *all the way out.* The mesh is not attached to the cup at all, but the outline the bra leaves is less obtrusive than the Mesh All You. *Two Months* (10/21) after my 1st purchase of the Classic All You 36A in White Smoke, I bought 3 more Classic All You bras in 36A -- Sienna Rose, Tuscan, & Black. According to the label, they were the same size, but the fit was all over the place. Quality control seemed to have gone in the toilet. The mesh wouldn't cover the cups properly leaving an unsightly line across the middle of the cup under shirts, and they were all too tight either in the cups or the back strap or both, and the straps were again TOO SHORT. I'm still an optimist, so as the years have gone by, I've continued to give Pepper a try. MVP Multiway Strapless - flattens me out, might as well wear a binder. Turns out I look MUCH BETTER braless than in the MVP Multiway Strapless. Lift Up Bra - does its job, but like any underwire add-a-cup padded bra, uncomfortable within an hour. Ultimate Contour T-Shirt Bra -- nothing ultimate here. The Ultimate Contour T-Shirt Bra is a demi cup, which cuts into the middle of your boob, creating the dreaded "quad boob." The foam is too thin. Nips show thru -- absolute "no no" for a t-shirt bra. *Maybe* if they provided a thicker foam lining & properly tapered it to the edge, it could be better, but the cups on the Ultimate T-Shirt Bra are also TOO SHALLOW & the shoulder straps are AGAIN too short, shorter than all their other bras. If the distance from the bottom of your boobs to the top of your shoulders is *only 10 inches,* you will love this bra! Recently, I was leaving *honest* reviews for Pepper's bras on their website. Someone at Pepper didn't like that. The anonymous screen name in my review that I selected was changed a few days after the fact to reveal my full name and email address. I contacted Pepper via text to have my full name & email address removed from my review on the site. Someone responded to my text with a laughing crying emoji! Yes, you read that right! I was stunned. I texted Pepper again a day later. The laughing crying emoji was not acknowledged. Someone removed my name & email from my review. You decide whether Pepper is worth trying. Try on for *an hour or more.* Make sure you understand the return policy b4 purchase.
Ordered three staple bras, a strapless, a t-shirt and a push up and all I can say is WOW! Finally, some bras that actually fit my 32a chest!!! The push up one actually gives me a lil cleaveage too. Whoop!
The only thing that would make them 5* is if they were cheaper. £70 a bra is a lot of money but ultimately, these will be staple key bras that I won't have to buy again for a few years. Love them!
I’m so surprised about all the negative reviews on here. I have bought two bras from Pepper over the past year and have a strapless on order. I am a 34A and the bras are by far the most comfortable and best fitting bras I have been able to find for my pretty much flat chest. The quality is fab, and I have no gaping like all other bras.
This is the worse bra i have ever tried. The quality is crap and there is only one stitching holding the mesh which means the bra cup shows when your wearing it. It also does have a gap! For a company that sells it for the itty bitty committee not to have a gap I can guarentee you there is a gap! Poorly design, cheap fabric. Would not recommend! I rather go to target. You are not getting quality for the price you are paying!
I umbed and Ahhed over buying a pepper bra due to the cost in Aussie dollars it was $130 anyway I lashed out and brought the push up one fits great but it needs more padding it pushes everything you have up but then it’s flat underneath as all your boob is pushed up so high , I put some of my own padding in to fill out the under the boobs bit you need that otherwise it looks ridiculousl 😁😀😃
All was fine until first wash. The middle connecting bit is glued not sown and it came undone. Why would you glue fabric who does that?
I was worried to read all the negative reviews (after I had purchased). I used the size guide on the website and am delighted with the fit. No gaping, and I actually have a cleavage!
Very poor fit. I’m a 32B and the bra did that thing where it makes you look like you have 4 boobs because it’s squeezing so tight in the center of your boob. Also, the cups start so far on the sides of your chest that it makes me look larger than I am horizontally if that makes sense, and I am a very tiny girl. Just a horribly awkward fit. Extremely disappointed.
The fit of the bras is excellent, however the quality of the fabric is poor and the chest band has stretched within a few months making it too loose. I contacted the company but they don’t accept this is a defect. Shame - too expensive for just a few months wear.
The bra is very nice and comfortable and definitely the best bra I have ever worn and it is my go to. However, I wouldn’t say that the material is any special or very high quality in comparison to a primark bra for example. If the price was lower, say £30 per bra then that would be fine, but not at £70
I wouldn’t purchase again due to this reason.
Shipping didn’t take long, around 7 days.
I have been following them for a long time. Today I came across their Facebook ad saying "We made small boobs sexy". Um, excuse me? Were small boobs not sexy until you came to the market? Even if they were, isnt it shooting yourself in the foot, judging by the fact that you only make bras for small chested women? Everybody was raging under the comments. Such a weird move from the Pepper though.
Very disappointed - spent over £250 on bras (UK). Because I ordered different styles, not all of them fit well and so I went online to organise an exchange. Despite the website stating 'easy returns' I am being charged £10 to return these items, whether or not I want a refund or an exchange. This is ridiculous, I have never had to spend this much on P&P for a return, even US based company. Really wish I had checked this before ordering, and checked trust pilot. Instead of exchanging I will just return the bras as I am so annoyed at this.
FYI the quality of the bras are nice but not perfect - the seams don't all sit flush though it may be related to imperfect sizing.
Wife bought multiple bras of the same size, some of them fit, some do not, despite the same size! She tried to contact you for an exchange, you didn't even bother responding.
When she then tried to get a return, you auto respond, but want £10 just to return - not fit for purpose outside the US, even the same size did not all fit!!
I should have read trust pilot before ordering. Do not order from this company. Like others I bought in the sale and now I cannot return an item that does not fit. AVOID
In England according to the citizens advice bureau there is an automatic 14 day cooling off period for all items purchased online. Pepper rules about no return on final sale would not seem to align with this. I guess they are relying on consumers not bothering to chase for £30. But given the number of reviewers reporting the same issue, probably the best way to deal with companies like this is to boycott and buy from more reputable companies
Bought some bras in the sale which are too big but am being told that they're non-refundable because 'it states final sale on the page' which means that they're non-refundable which is only stated on a different page despite clearly advertising 'easy returns' on the top of the page. So now i am £70 down with 2 bras that are too big.
Unfortunately, i didn't read the trustpilot reviews before as, if I had, I certainly wouldn't have purchased anything and am just another person writing a negative review online for sneaky tactics
EDIT
After expressing my disappointment, Peppr have offered credit for me to use which is a good solution for compromise
These bras are expensive and I waited for the sale to order. BIG mistake. I used the size guide and measured myself, when they arrived neither fitted so I went to try and return. You can not return sale items and full price items have ridiculous shipping charges. It’s hard enough the get a bra to fit without company’s like this ripping people off with no returns. I’m £60 out of pocket which is a huge sum of money. They are laughing at us. Sham of a company. Do not use
