An absolute shit hole of a company

An absolute shit hole of a company. They have a 14 day return policy and they try their hardest to ignore your emails for refunds for that time frame. I will be reporting these assholes everywhere and will make sure they lose their Nordstrom contract

Sale No Returns Policy Not Stated At Time of Purchase

I purchased a body suit during Black Friday sale. Nowhere while purchasing or in the order confirmation did it say that sale items were not refundable but only available for exchange. I only found out when I reached out to customer service to ask why I could not select return in their return portal. Now I am stuck with a garment that I will never use. I recommend avoiding unless you want to potentially lose money like I did.

They are deleting reviews. This company is a scam. they dont pay their suppliers and keep churning out the same collections of boring shape wear. Terrible owner called Ratchel with Terrible morals! Company is in lots of debt. Stay away

Bait and switch customer service. Fit and service just bad.

Stay away! Other vendors for same items for sure better than this place!! Customer service leaves much to be desired.
BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!! I had emailed my exact order to customer service same time I was considering making order…to verify ALL THREE items I ordered would be returnable for refund minus $7. Ship fee. This was confirmed in writing. Items received. Fit varied greatly on all three items, in fact two styles, both same size were vastly different in actual size and fit. Ugh!
I kept one of three items, as it was needed for specific red color, even though fit not great
Contact with Pinsy via only way/ email Then I had a lot of difficulty with the return label and numerous requests for help not answered or delayed. Turns out that in fact NO REFUND available on one of the three items, even though I had proof in writing that it was fully refundable , based on my email from customer service. There is no option for phone help in real time at all.
This was clear case of BAIT , SWITCH AND DELAY action as well as when I decided to return two items at my own expense ($21. Postage fee to California) due to Pinsy strict timeline for returns. I again was harassed that items were not returnable for full refund. I had to REPEATEDLY resend copies of email that I received that verified YES all items were refundable. Got excuse after excuse emails “ it was my first week in job” was actually used!
After over 6 weeks, of my time and truly at least 20 emails. and my threats to involve many reviews finally someone in management got the full story.
I was offered full refund in store credit. Basically bribed with even higher refund store credits etc Laughable as the items sized differently …and service just horrid.
FINALLY got my actual refund of $98. And $21. Postage. After many weeks of delay delay delay.
You would think this company would have better oversight of customer service employees.

Never received refund

When my Shapewear didn't fit, I emailed Pinsy 5 times. Each time I received an email stating that they received my email but never offering me a resolution.

I then returned my Shapewear to the address on file and have yet to receive any communication or refund.

Honestly, the Shapewear appeared to be good quality but their customer service is a zero so I would highly not recommend them.

Customer service non-responsive

Customer service non-responsive. No phone number available. My shipment arrived late and I cannot get assistance in making a return after 4 attempts through every online option. I keep receiving marketing emails though, so it seems they only have one way of communicating.

Poor Product, Worse Customer Service

My shapewear arrived with a stain and was ill-fitting. I have a large collection of high quality shapewear and was hoping to add this to my wardrobe.

When I reached out to customer service to arrange a return/refund, they never responded. I sent a follow up message and still did not ever get a reply.

I spent over $100 on these products and am completely unsatisfied both with the items and the customer service.

I loved Pinsy But no more... Read before you buy form them!

I loved Pinsy, have been a customer since 2022... but I am now really disappointed in them and will not be returning as a customer.

They have not been able to keep up with their infrastucture as they have grown:

(1) No one answers their customer service email - I've sent SO many emails with questions on exchanges for a different size, a return, $6 handling fee question, etc... NONE of my questions were answered. I finally took to Instagram and started to leave comments on their posts and send them DM and then finally someone got back to me (protip, do this if no one is answering you emails)

(2) Be very careful with their sales! They don't clearly state their return policies during sales and their chat bot on their site doesn't work, and they don't answer emails. Flooding their IG is the only way to get attention from them. I bought 3 items (they are "favorites" on the site and in the color black, not seasonal colors or discontinued items), and I just learned that despite these being staple items on their website, I cannot get a refund as it was purchased during Black Friday. I want to keep one but 2 didn't fit me well, I've been so disappointed by Pinsy's service recently that I don't want to buy from anymore, but now I have store credit that I do not want and I'm out $125... so I guess I have to buy something else. It sucks.

(3) They hide negative reviews on their website, which is deceitful.

Pinsy please do better. I've been a long time customer but you've lost me. If you want to grow your company, you must also put in money to grow the infrastucture of your Customer service. Very disappointed in you.

Great fit. Highest quality imaginable. Wear them DAILY!

Have purchased about 9 total shapewear body-suits and the shapewear dress—I love all Pinsy. It is high-quality, comfortable shapewear that I wear every day. Much higher quality than any of the competitors’ products. The straps never twist or tangle, they are smooth and can be worn as undergarments or, as appropriate, outerwear. No need for a bra or underwear. Wash on delicate and air-dry, and they will last a long time! The shapewear dress is SO worth it—as the fall and winter months approach, I hope that Pinsy comes out with a dress that can be styled for cooler weather!

Hides Negative Reviews

I've been a longtime Pinsy customer and love their bodysuits, but when they came out with a subpar dress, I left an honest review and discovered Pinsy hides all reviews lower than 3 stars on their website. Customers deserve better.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service
Purchased a body suit unbeknownst to me it was part of some sale that didn’t allow returns

I ordered a size up by accident. Yes on my part but I could never get a hold of anybody try to correct it so once I receive the bodysuit, I said I need to exchange it they said I could only exchange it and not return it after getting the product I decided I didn’t really want it anymore but I conceited to getting the smaller size that which I thought would still fit me, when I did receive that one, it didn’t fit correctly I I asked if I could return at that point I was told to send it back on my dime and I still to this day have not gotten my money back or they have stopped corresponding with me , so now I’m out 100$

I’ll stick with Skims in future…

I placed an order 18/11/23, it shipped the same day. The tracking didn’t up date for two weeks so I sent a email asking why. After being lied to about having my query responded, to I was then told I had been placed on a preorder list for at least one of my items. At no time was I made aware prior to placing my order that it was a preorder. It wasn’t on the product page and wasn’t in my order confirmation. I was then told the package would not be getting the in stock items until the preorder had come in (which was mid-December). Once the tracking had miraculously updated the next day, my package was in transit and then “out for delivery” in Los Angeles, despite the shipping address being in Australia. The tracking then updated to make it out as though the package was heading back to the warehouse. I called DHL and they said the package had been dropped off directly at USPS and that the person who dropped it off selected the slowest tracking with no real time updates. I was then told the package wasn’t going to be delivered until mid January. A whole TWO MONTHS to deliver a package that should’ve taken no longer than 3-10 business days. When I ordered from Skims, it took a week. Ordering from here, all I got was horrible customer service and a two month wait time. To this day they still haven’t answered my messages on IG.

Terrible customer sercice

Wow, really poor response time in customer service. They say they will respond within 24 hours, I had to reach out a second time to get anyone to respond to my e-mails. Based on the advice on the website I sized up and it was way to big. Once I tried to return it I was THEN informed they charge a re-stock fee, they dont refund taxes or shipping and they expect you to pay to ship it BACK to them. Terrible!
