Awesome device
NO REFUNDS
I'm a real estate agent, so I am always on the lookout for safety products. Wearsafe was offering a $10 discount for a year subscription through my company, so I purchased for $50. Within 2 weeks of activating my tag, I started to get notifications that the battery was dying. I contacted Wearsafe, who said this was not typical, and they sent me a new one. A week later, I received my replacement, and it died one day after activating it. After trying a list of troubleshooting items they asked for, they set me up with another replacement. Two months after activating this replacement, it died, so I gave up and asked for a refund. Wearsafe told me they were set to release a software update in two weeks and asked me to wait because they believed it would fix my issues. After three months and no update, I asked to cancel my subscription and again asked for a refund. Wearsafe denied my request, but they offered me another tag! Unbelievable.

I do suggest stocking up on batteries because they tend to wear out often, and make sure you glue the keychain or belt clip to the wearsafe, i’ve lost one previously because the clip disconnected from the device

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
This device and service was flawed from the first time I used it. Sent alerts randomly and freaked parents out. Customer service is the worst! I was told I couldn't cancel my subscription without returning the device, I was on assignment for a year and didn't have access to it, come to find out after the fact that I could have cancelled my subscription after 6 months without returning the device to make matters worse when I did cancel it I found out I was being charged twice a month for the same device. Customer service does not care one bit.

I did not get the impression that customer service cares about the customers or the product. I sent an email indicating my dissatisfaction with the product as the battery drains quickiy and I constantly need to re-pair the device and that for the time being was canceling my subscription. The reply was a thanks for the update and go to iTunes to cancel. My perception was a don’t let the door hit you...
I purchased the device through my running store and intend to let them know I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money on WearSafe

Do you want peace of mind on your runs? You may not think about that but your friends and family do. Wearsafe offers this. I am an avid marathoner and often run in the wee hours and often dark. I feel so much more secure knowing I have my wearsafe tag.

Great idea, flawed attachment
Great idea, product attachment flawed. The attachment broke off after only a few months of normal pet sitting. At least it fell off at my home. What happens when you have a real emergency and get knocked down by a large dog or worse? Its way to fragile to help in those situations.

I have had a tag for over a year and it's great.
I have had a tag for over a year now. Early on I had a few false alarms and support helped me setting up the alert sequence so that I wouldn't get false alarms. About 9 months later the tag stopped working. Support again was very helpful in determining that the tag was bad and they sent me a new one. THANKS SUPPORT! YOUR GREAT!

I’m over the moon happy with my wearsafe! It’s unbelievable how the tiny tag and app can be so life saving and just do SO much! I rave about it to people because it gives me the biggest peace of mind running solo or even with my crew! Also, I feel like I can run on the trails now in my park. I would stray away from them and stick to the road due to safety, but that has changed now. I’ve also dealt with the wearsafe customer service and they are phenomenal! They got back to me when they weren’t even open according to their hours. They were on top of it when it came to fixing my problem! :)

Quick and Easy
The order process was quick and I got my Wear Safe as promised. I was able to register it and complete the process without any issues. Awesome buying process for an awesome product!
The WearSafe badge is great!
The WearSafe badge is great! I only have to pay $5 a month whereas before I paid $30 a month. The message goes directly to my neighbors and is not routed thru a central system (this saves the middle man).
