It was super nice and held my hair exactly like I wanted to!!

Unfortunately, again I didn't read the reviews first!

1.) I didn't realise they were coming from China, again, I should have known because everything comes from China! so they took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive.

2.) I foolish didn't wash the first one I put on so ended up with some kind of bite on my forehead the following morning. This turned into tiny little pustules, so I couldn't then wear it for a few nights so I washed all three because I got the 3 for 2 offer.

I then went back to another bonnet and the same happened again, another bite, this one not too bad. Again the next night I had it on and woke up with a 3rd bite. I wasn't sure it was anything to do with the bonnet at first, I thought maybe I had spider bites. So again I didn't wear one for about a week. I then wore one on Sunday night and when I woke up Monday morning another large bite with swelling underneath this time, by bedtime that night, it was surrounded by about 12-15 tiny white pustules and my skin had peeled off.
Now this could just be a coincidence but every time I've worn one (and its not the same bonnet every time) I've woke up with some kind of bite/skin issue, and my partner hasn't been bitten at all.

On the positive side they are really comfy and my hair is always just how it was when I tied it up, not greasy or all over the place.
I'm not 100% sure they are silk either because I have another one that I paid more for and they don't feel the same.

So because of the skin issues I've had since wearing them I wouldn't recommend them at all.

The bonnet gave me contact dermatitis. And I cannot get a refund.
Bonnet is also made of satin, the elastic is exposed. It is not silk. It's poorly made and I'd like a refund but they won't reply.

This is a scam. Polyester items and they do not refund. Avoid this site and brand! It is a total sham.

THE BONNETS ARE MADE OF POLYESTER SATIN
When you to try to contact to arrange a return they do not respond.

Ordered from Wearsilky on 17/12/24. Website states “fast uk shipping” this eventually arrived on 31/12/24. Upon receiving this the bonnet was definitely not silk as the website claims and instead is made out of cheap polyester and bad stitching.
I emailed on 31/12/24 to request a returns label to which I had a reply back on 2/1/25 asking for “photos and videos” of the product I’m not happy with. I replied back on 2/1/25 with this and since then they have gone radio silent. I chased on 6/1/25 and again today (11/2/25) and because the website states you’ve got 30 days to return but no where on the website does it state a returns address I feel like they are waiting until it goes past the 30 days so I can’t return. I will be taking this up with my bank to get the money back. Scam dropshipping site thats clearly using cheap temu items and casting it off as their own. Stay away.

I love the Wearsilky bonnets. Comfortable and don’t make me sweat, l bought black, pink and purple. Great communication from placing of order to delivery. My questions were responded to promptly and with courtesy. Thank you😁

I ordered 3 as they were advertised as being made from silk. They are polyester. I sew. I know fabrics. I've written an email asking for a refund. On Instagram, they have comments turned off so no one can alert everyone that they are fakes. Also, I'd ordered three colors and got all the same color. Thank goodness, like the person below, I paid through PayPal so can probably get a refund like they did.

I placed an order with them on 21.11.24 and received it 11 working days later (09.12.24) when it says they provide worldwide shipping within 4-7 days. The bonnets were too big for me and did not match fully the colours shown on their page, they had a different colour lining inside which was not shown on the website and probably were not silk inside. I requested a return on 15.12.24, which was within their 30 day return period. To my initial email they replied quickly to ask what I was not happy with, after my response I did not receive a reply for almost a week until I said I will request a refund via my credit card company. Then they offered to refund me 50% because of their 'commitment to sustainability'. I said I would consider after finding out how much the return costs, which by the way they did not specify that a return will cost on their website. For some reason the customer service had to reach out to the product manager to find out how much a return will cost. They said they already requested a 50% refund for me (without my consent) and of course I did not receive any refund to my credit card. Then 0 response for 13 days until I email again saying I will claim my refund using credit card company. Their response was that now my concern is forwarded to their manager. So, they are clearly wasting my time, do not provide returns or refunds even though on their page it said ‘If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee – no questions asked’. So, do not order from here. Hopefully I will be able to claim my money back.

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service. Don’t order from them.

SCAM! Says its from the US, delivers from China. Not silk AT ALL. Cheap shitty quality polyester.

As someone else has already posted, it's absolutely impossible to return any items here... my emails have gone ignored. So be warned!

Okay, so I already own a bonnet made by Kitsch. I love it but silky sold me on the longer tie, and colour choice. I also ordered a satin lined beanie. They arrived quite quickly, I ordered 23/12 and got it 2 days after the new year (I live in ireland).
The bonnet appears to be falsly advertised as "silk", when it is actually satin.
The bonnet I ordered is much more cheaply made than the one from Kitsch, yes, the tie is longer, and yes, it's bright pink and makes my husband laugh, and its cute. But it's a cheap bit of satin barely stitched together. I dont think it will last, especially when it comes to needing a wash. The Kitsch one is far better made, and costs about the same, and ive had it for over a year and it holds up. That said. The satin-lined beanie is class. I love it. It's made quite well, considering they probably are made in the same factory, I guess I got lucky?
TLDR - bonnet bad, beanie good.

Clearly the positive reviews are fake on here. Like many other people I was delivered a cheap polyester bonnet in a bit of flimsy plastic with no tags or labels at all. I shudder to think what sweatshop they are churning these out of. I contacted immediately for a return and got one acknowledgment email asking for photos and a description of what was wrong, which I sent back immediately. But 8 or 9 emails later since Dec 19th (now Jan 7th) I have not gotten another reply or any information about how to return. I’ve now started a chargeback with my bank. And I also saw that they are stealing images from another brand for Instagram as well as using influencer pictures that are associated with that reputable brand - so I’ve alerted both parties to this scam website. Honestly I know that chasing this refund is probably costing me more time than it’s worth but at this stage it’s the principle of the matter!!!! 😡

Despite the ads looking real they are a scam. The bonnets come from China so take much longer than the 4-7 days advertised. They are also 100% polyester. I ordered on the 3rd of December, arrived on the 24th of December. Today PayPal saw in my favour and issued a full refund because the bonnets are fake and not silk. If anyone used PayPal to buy them you will likely be able to get a refund.

Their website claims the bonnets are 100% silk—they are not, they are 100% polyester. Took 5 weeks to get to me. The return address was a woman’s name with a home address in Chicago and the label was very obviously placed over a label from China. No brand packaging, only cheap plastic bags. Such a scam.

The wearsilky bonnets work great. I gave 3 of them as gifts for Christmas to a 50 yr old, 18 yr old and 11 yr old. All reported they stayed on, they are comfortable and there hair looks and feels great. All 3 have different curl types and different ethnicities so I would say these are for everyone. The 11 year old has wavy hair and usually wakes up looking a mess but her hair was really lovely after all her curl care products and sleeping in this.

I would give no stars if I could. Received the bonnets but asked for a refund on 21 November, the same day they arrived. Very polite emails until I was supposed to receive return address details. Nothing. Really is a scam, I wished I'd read the trustpilot reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Update: I received an email 7th Jan, the day after posting this REVIEW, apologising for the delay, please send details of the order for a refund. I did and... Nothing until today 12th Feb. "sorry you didn't ask for a refund until 6th Jan(?) outside our 30 day money back policy". Bunch of CROOKS!

Ordered some bonnets & wanted to return my order. So far I've sent 4 e-mails to get the return shipping label, but they ignore my e-mails. I have to send it back within 30 days after receiving & I'm guessing they're waiting until the 30 days are over, so I can't return it.

Don't order here! Also, I got the feeling they just order the stuff off of Aliexpress, so you're better off doing that yourself :)
