DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Clearly the positive trustpilot reviews are fake, as are the reveiws on their website. Just received mine - cheap, NOT silk, no tag or label. First time fallen for something like this - usually i do my research. Do yours!

Intermittently responsive customer service at best, inconvenience for shipping problem left entirely with the customer. Still trying to get my money back nearly 2 months later.

Scam! Am requesting a refund for a parcel never picked up from the parcel shop and sent back to them. They keep sending the same emails over and over, which do not engage with anything I send. Please don't buy from this shop.

These are TOTALLY NOT SILK and you can get the same cheap ones on Temu for a couple pounds this is a scammy and dishonest drop shipping company. Do not waste your money. I had to really wrangle via my bank to get my money back because their no questions asked 100% money back guarantee is also a lie.

Do not buy from them! They are scammers!!! The material has no silk in it whatsoever and is made of complete polyester which is terrible for your hair. When I tried to get a refund they made up some story saying PayPal wouldn’t let them refund me and that scammers had hacked my account. I will be escalating this further until I get my money back and people know not to buy from them.

I knew in advance that shipping could take a while. But, when I couldn’t find it using the online tracker, customer service was helpful and fast!

I don't recommend this business. First, my order was flagged three times. I sent two items back on time, and what a problem! They only refunded me the money for one nightcap. In other words, they're ripping you off. Also, when I placed the order, they didn't send me an email with the order number, and when we contacted them to resolve the issue and get my money back, they asked for the order number. Unprofessional. They also used the name Peter or Albert in the emails, without a last name. What a scandal.

Don't do it! If I could give zero stars I would. These bonnets are not silk so the website name and descriptions are completely misleading. The package arrived after weeks and was damaged, one which had a burn in it. And their money back guarantee is not worth anything because they won't refund me. Don't do it! You regret it.

Not silk, some type of polyester mix, awful to wear, company claims no quibble returns but they will do anything to get out of letting you return it, will be escalating it via my credit card

I ordered 3 bonnets from WearSilky in April as I have frizzy hair. As soon as I opened one it felt like cheap polyester and no where near the high quality silk it has been advertised. I contacted customer service on the same day the order arrived and got quite a quick response, but... You guessed it, it was one of the in sorry you don't like the product, but this is how to take care of it. We are around 4-5 emails deep now and they just avoid a proper answer. They offered a 50% refund or send it back with shipping costs on me. Shipping back to ASIA, which would be more than 50% the price. So rather way you loose out of pocket.
This is exactly to discourage you in sending back, so they get to keep 50% each time!

Do not believe their 30 day return policy on the website as you'll be slapt with return fees and some other hidden costs.

Oh to top it off - none of the bonnets have a tag like most clothes do stating the material or washing instructions. Hiding anything much wearsilky??

Do not order ever from this company, they will twist your arm not to give you your money back and you'll be left with polyester bonnet that will make you sweat!

The names is a little misleading because the bonnets aren‘t made out of real silk. But for the price you wouldn‘t find real silk so I didn‘t have the expectations for them being real silk.
Otherwise really happy with the service. During transit my parcel got damaged and only a small corner of the parcel without any contents made it to me. Wrote to costumer service and they resent me the bonnet and made sure to double check everything. Took a while because I‘m half around the world but it got here.

Despite claiming to offer high-quality silk blends, the bonnets felt cheap and nothing like the description. I asked for a return and refund, but suddenly I was told I’d have to pay high return shipping costs, restocking fees, and mystery taxes—none of which were clearly stated anywhere in the return policy.

I was offered only a 50% refund and was told to just gift the bonnets to someone else. I reluctantly accepted the partial refund, as it was clear the company had no intention of taking proper responsibility. Even after all this, they spelled my name wrong in multiple emails and continued to avoid accountability.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be purchasing from them again.

They are NOT and I repeat NOT human hair, but synthetic. Customer service useless and harrassing.n They patently DO NOT read emails, keep offering discount (which I absolutely am not accepting) and telling me that it needs to be returned at my expensive. For a FAKE item - I don't think so! HAVE NO DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY, they are total SCAMMERS.
