The worst customer service, I had a faulty product and it took 7 emails for a them t respond. Once Louise responded she promised to help and I have sent another 5 emails and she has not responded. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PHONE # to call

Great bonnet, does what it promises. My curly hair is much more manageable and healthy-looking when I wake up and so I don't have to wash and style is every other day, ruining it in the process. I wear my hair on a very loose bun on top of my head and wear the bonnet around it when I sleep, because I noticed that the first time I slept in it without the bun, it was disturbing me and bit and it got a bit matted. With the bun, it works perfect. Also much comfier because the hair doesn't get trapped under my shoulders and back when I turn around while sleeping and I think my partner also finds it better that we can cuddle without all the hair getting in his face or under him.

I made a mistake (wrote my old address)while ordering the product and it didn't arrive. Wearsilky where so accommodating and reshipped my order to my new address. All the time I held contact to the customer service via email. They where very friendly ! Amazing customer service with a team of competent people! Thank you very much!

Scam!!! I ordered 3, it’s not what you expect, which is fine if the product could be returned. I tried do do this, to get my money back. Unfortunately they are not willing to answer any questions about this and don’t want to give you a refund. The material is NOT silk, so please don’t be fooled!

Awful awful company. Total scam. Bonnet is polyester and not silk. Wish I’d read these reviews before I wasted my money. They refuse to refund money even after many emails. The positive reviews on here are clearly fake! Ignore them. This company is the pits

Never received my package from this company. It has been over 2 months. Sent an email and they claimed to follow up. Package shows as delivered but I don’t know where to because it wasn’t me. They followed up to my email and clearly misread or didn’t care because I stated “Package was never received” and the response I got was “Glad to hear that” … then they asked for a review so he is my review on them stealing my money.

When I ordered I didn’t expect much, since I’m always disappointed when ordering online. But when I tell that this product exceeded all my expectations. I bought three sleeping caps, for me and my family and we all are amazed by the quality and results this product brings. Would recommend to each and every person that has problems with fragile and thin hair, or even to those whos hairstyles don’t last trough the night. I love the fact that they are comfortable and customisable, since they have the lace with which you can adjust the tightness of the cap.

terrible company, clearly a scam, with poor quality materials for the lucky ones that receive the packages.
I did not receive anything for 1 month and a half, then when I filed for a refund they immediately retold me that they will send it again. I told them I can no longer receive the package there as I changed address and that I prefer a refund. they completely ignore messages and do whatever they want....

Items are not silk! no reply when emailing for refund either

I ordered 3 bonnets on 11/28 for my 3 daughters for Christmas. Unfortunately they did not get here before Christmas. But when I reached out to customer service on 12/26, Albert got back to me the very next day to let me know that they were still in transit and that he would continue to keep an eye on its progress and would keep me posted. All 3 bonnets arrived on 12/30. My girls have naturally wavy hair and these bonnets help them wake up with nice smooth waves, with much less fizziness and no tangles.

TOTAL SCAM!! I ordered a bonnet at the beginning of December and they were still giving me the run around 3 month later. Told me that my order was delivered to another address they had on file but the PayPal invoice clearly showed the correct address. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Awful fake bonnets that are not real silk, are poorly made and dont stay on your head. Coustomer service ghosted me as soon as i asked for a refund - so i will be claiming a charge back via my bank now.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She already has one from another brand but wears it everynight so I thought another would be a good idea. She LOVES it. More than the other even. Great product and great service

SCAM !!! Never got my order. Placed the order on 29/1, got a fake "tracking nr" on 30/1, mailed them that the tracking nr doensn't work and got the answer on 4/2 that the order is packed and ready for dispatch. Unfortunatly, today is 14/2 and I didn't recieve anything anymore. No package, no tracking nr, not even an answer to my (4!) e-mails. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING HERE ! IT'S A SCAM !

Nothing went right. As soon as I placed the order, I realized I mixed up the addresses (billing and shipping). I wrote to them right away but they only answered 2 weeks after, when it was already in the (wrong) address. Then I tried the bonnet on, and it has various problems: it hurts my head and it won't stay on. I've been trying to return it and get a refund ever since, especially because I have 2 perfectly new ones that I've never even opened, but the costumer service won't accept my request, instead they respond with condescending emails in which they send me the link to the video that shows how to wear it, as if I haven't seen it. They won't even mention the fact that I want a refund. Very very bad, everthing.

It's a SCAM! It`s not silk, the bonnets come on a cheap plastic bag, cero luxury, and they fall while sleeping.
The custome attention service is terrible, they ghost you in the moment you ask for a refund (although there is a 30-day money back guarantee with no question, it's another lie).
Don't buy anything from this store!

BEWARE: SCAM / NO RETURN OPTIONS / REALLY POOR QUALITY.
I regret not reading the reviews sooner and purchasing from this company. The product quality is just cheap polyester, the packaging was the poorest I’ve ever seen, and there was no information about the product’s composition, origin, or compliance with international quality standards. It was just wrapped in a plastic bag.

Customer service was equally frustrating—I received no response for days until I left a strongly negative review, after which they finally replied. The lack of a return option is also highly questionable from a consumer rights perspective.

Wouldn’t recommend it—save your money and shop elsewhere.

I am really surprised with the low rating , I am very happy , the shipment came in time , they sent an email if i received my shipment. The bonnet hold on well , my hair is soft when i wake up . Me personally I recommend it 👍
