I paid for expedited shipping with…

I paid for expedited shipping with tracking. I was at home and tracked my package down to the moment of "delivery" but it was definitely not delivered. I have reached out to Weasts Support team to see how they plan to handle this. I'm so disappointed as its an anniversary gift and our anniversary is in 5 days....

Attention to detail

This was so simple and easy to create. Just make sure as you go you double check everything. Aside from that I cant wait to receive it!!

I assumed the parents’ name went in…

I assumed the parents’ name went in first and I finished and submitted the order before realizing that the names were all mixed up. Within 2 minutes I tried to figure out how to stop the order and make the change. I emailed immediately to try to make the change to the order. So far, no response. No phone number to call. I’ll have to stop the payment if I’m not able to change the names.
