The website lists items that are out of stock. They delayed delivery for almost a month longer than promised. Delivery took almost two months. They promised bonuses and gifts for the delay. Nothing. And the customs duties are very expensive.

Manufacturing defect.
I ordered a complete set of carpets for a Mini Countryman 2025, but the left and right front mats do not fit the vehicle properly. There was no error in the order, and the product received matches the description. However, when installed, the front carpets do not conform to the shape of the floor. Probably a manufacturing defect!

The all-weather mats fit perfectly in the car, the only thing I can criticize would be that the mat should have gone right up on the rest plate for the left foot, now it ends halfway up the plate.

Excellent customer service. I needed small parts I couldn't find anywhere online. They had it in stock and shipped it to me… for free !
Plus the products are amazing and convenient. A bit pricey, but it's worth it !
