Bought a machine and was having some teething problems, none of which were Weaver's fault. Despite the issues falling just outside the 14 day return period, Noel took the machine back fixed and checked it all worked perfectly. Really good communication and outstanding customer service going above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

Easy to use website and lovely selection of fabrics. I needed interfacing and the medium weight is great quality. Packed up and sent out quickly. I'm very happy with my fabrics and will order from them again.

I recently purchased a Brother F420 sewing machine from WeaverDee and found the customer experience to be exceptional. Questions were answered promptly and courteously and goods despatched quickly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back to them in the future.

Company accidently sent the wrong pattern. Sent an email to customer service and had a phone call within minutes. They sent the correct pattern and returns envelope the next day. Cannot fault service like this. A** Will be using them again.

Not only do they have a fantastic range of fabrics and haberdashery items, WeaverDee has superb customer service. My order was delivered promptly and carefully packaged, having had lots of communication from the shop about dispatch and delivery. When I had a small problem with my order, I emailed. Noel was fantastic, calling me to discuss the issue and offer a solution. It was so lovely to have a person call up and deal with the problem as he spoke to me on the phone. Superb products every time I have ordered, and was very impressed with the swift and helpful customer service!

They actually took the time to call me after I emailed them and were kind enough to combine my two separate orders together. Often it's easy for online retailers to come across robotic or not reply to queries at all, but these guys made it so personal and were so very helpful!

Excellent place to shop for lovely fabrics and everything you need for sewing. Noel the owner is very knowledgable about sewing machines and I always take mine there for servicing. They are very friendly and the customer service is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have made a few large orders from this company and am sad to say the fabric was of a poor quality. The selvages were completely off and this made it very difficult to match and cut the fabric. This is a massive shame as the designs are really great. I will not be ordering from here again.

Great people. Had my machine serviced at a super price and then found some lovely fabric to make friends wedding outfit. We couldn't have had any more help if we had tried. Thoroughly recommend that you go and see for yourself.

My first purchase from this website. Nice user interface, User experience is good with detailed items description. Paid through Pay Pal, the delivery was quick. Even though the order was split, I was let know about the order development. I will purchase again.
