Great customer service

I gave a gift card to a friend and she excitedly went online and bought a rug…but forgot to use the gift card! She was delighted when she rang the company and you arranged to sort it out for her, great customer service, thank you.

Really pleased with the Diamond…

Really pleased with the Diamond blanket. Colour, quality, pattern and value all great. Particularly like the large size - just right for a sofa. Very impressed with the products and ethos of this company.

FABULOUR RUG

Having already purchased a runner for the kitchen I returned for another this time a rug for the bathroom. It looks just like a kilim and in fact feels exactly like one underfoot. We are delighted with it. Super rug, great for the environment too. All round a winner!!!!
