Long overdue review. They never gave me a heads up that they would take a long time to ship. They read messenger message but doesn't respond. I ordered a white hoodie but they gave me a white crewneck instead because they didn't have anymore hoodies? What a big fail
Need better customer service. Number is out of service.. and the response to emails are ridiculously long. It’s been two weeks and I still have not received order.
My order has been marked shipped for 9 days, with the post office still waiting for my package.

My order was mixed up I received joggers when I originally ordered shorts, and only received one pair in one particular size when I ordered three.
Shorts had stains like they were worn & smelled like moth balls & instead of notifying me the size I ordered wasn’t available, a hole was torn in package and size written on tag with a pen ! Very disappointing!
