BEWARE these sellers
BEWARE these sellers! Title says it all - I rarely write negative reviews, but this time was too much to stay quiet. I ordered a fitted sheet set and bolster case. Upon arrival and unpacking, I discovered that ALL THREE pillow cases in the order were defective, with fraying hems showing from ill-stitched seams. I was a bit surprised, but found the time to immediately get in touch with their customer service and provided pictures of the issue. Their response was just to say they were 'sorry to hear', and that they would consider a replacement only if I washed and made a new parcel for them and stayed in on a workday to personally deliver the return item. Then I would only receive my replacement after having waited not just the original wait-time for delivery, but an additional period of return and resending the new and - in theory - undefective goods. And what do I get for all this inconvenience of time and effort? Nothing at all. Brands who are hoping to provide elite products at a premium with a hassle-free process should be more wary of such an inconsiderate and cheap approach. I work long hours and still haven't found the time and packing items to wash and repackage their shoddy goods, nor will I be able to take time off work to be 'in' for their pickup options, so I've so far just been stuck with a shoddy product. You have been warned!
