Another Fraudulent Unlicensed Broker

I received 5 calls today from this illegal and completely unlicensed investment broker offering supposedly quantumai automated trading.

I immediately checked their licensing on the government of Canada CSA site while on the phone and informed them that they have no Securities licensing in Canada, thus they have no legal right in Canada to deal in investments.

They forwarded an email to me showing their website link and their business license.

It is typical for fraudulent or scam brokers to present business licenses instead of actual securities licensing.

I informed them that a business license in no manner is sufficient and that they did not have legal licensing to trade in investments without Canada Securities licensing.

I said that similarly if I opened up a business to do brain surgery, my business license does not give me the right to operate on people without proper medical licensing, similarly a business license by itself does not give them any right to take deposits or advise or trade investments for people.

Beware of this fraudulent illegally operating broker.

Check the Government of Canada CSA site as 99% of fraudulent scam brokers are not properly licensed just like First Lion Holdings Inc.

No amount of argument or bullshit from frauds like this makes up for having no legal licensing,

So Beware of Scams like these people.
