They initially convince you to invest a smaller amount of money, and then show you fake “profits” growing quickly on their platform to build trust. Everything looks real at first.
However, when you try to withdraw your money, the situation completely changes. Suddenly, you are told that you must pay various fees (processing fees, taxes, AML compliance, etc.) before any withdrawal can be made.
These fees are not deducted from your balance – instead, they pressure you to send additional money. Even worse, they may use threats involving authorities or legal consequences to try to force payment.
In reality, you will never receive any payout, no matter how much you pay.
