Ordered a starlight projector projector over 2 months ago and have not received it yet, I haven't heard anything back either after emailing them multiple times. Absolute joke of a company and after reading everyone's reviews I'm surprised they haven't been prosecuted as they are basically stealing money from customers!!!! Never use these ignorant pigs!!!

Unfortunately it looks like I am not the only one with these problems.

I placed an order through Wowcher in August for a starlight projector. I bought it for my new born son as a stimulation/developmental toy, he is now more than 5 months old and it has still not been delivered in mid November!

Sent plenty of emails and made phone calls. Been fobbed off with various excuses like 'we don't have your details from wowcher', 'item is out of stock' 'item will be delivered in 5-10 days', 'item will be delivered in 3-5 working days' But nothing ever arrives!

Despite being told it is out of stock it is still a featured product on Wowcher?!?

I have now asked for a full refund. Who knows if I will get that! Will also be badgering Wowcher to sort it out too.

This company will take your money and not deliver your goods!!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Ordered through Wowcher on 07/10/14. Was informed 10 day delivery. Contacted them again on 28/10/14, told wait 5 days. Now on the 6/11/14, still no delivery. Tried contacting them, but straight to answer machine, with no message available to be left.

Seems to me to be a total rip off. £26.97 wasted that we can ill afford.

Made an order for an item a month ago and still not received item or a refund. Pretty sure its fair to call that robbery! Will never order from here again and will make sure no one I know does either. Totally appalling!

ONE STAR IS TO MUCH. I brought a item through wowcher over 2 months ago now and still haven't received my item, but they took the money. I have emailed them numerous times and only had one response which was automated rubbish. I complained to wowcher who have gave me a refund but only to my wowcher wallet. I would never use this company( if you can call them that) again, I really don't think I will use wowcher again as they don't seem to have researched companies to make sure there good enough. Avoid at all cost, if you see something and it's from web18 find it somewhere else. Watchdog needs to be advised on this company and they should be shut down. Web18 your a disgrace

We ordered the original hose 4 months ago, the first one came after around 6 weeks which developed a fault within 2 weeks. This then developed another problem within the next 2 weeks making it unusable.
Have spend the last 3 months in constant communications to seek a replacement, which has been promised to be 'dispatched and delivered'
numerous times however nothing has actually turned up.
This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life and
cannot recommend them at all.

Ordered a product on 20th July through Web18 and Wowcher. It is now 8th September and I have STILL not received it. I have emailed Web18 more times than I care to remember. Not one response. I contacted Wowcher who simply told me to contact Web18. So what do I do now? Neither company is taking responsibility and I have paid for a product that I highly doubt I will ever receive. By the look of these other reviews I am not the only one. Web18 are incompetent and a complete and utter disgrace. Wowcher are almost as bad for continuing to use them and for doing nothing to help solve the issues. I was absolutely stunned this morning when I checked my emails and discovered another Wowcher advertisement for the same product I ordered from Web18 2 months ago! How can they be offering these again when they still have customers waiting from last time?? PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

Ordered a 75ft hose from Web18.co.uk via the Wowcher site. It has major leaks in it and I have contacted WEB18 three times with a photo and copy of their invoice. Waiting for a response other than a standard letter saying they will respond within 72 hours.
Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies as the hose is not fit for purpose.
CANNOT FIND WEB18 LISTED AT COMPANIES HOUSE.

I ordered a flexible hosepipe 29.99 plus delivery at the beginning of June.
After several emails to the company and Wowcher the hosepipe arrived on the 11 July 2014. The first time the hosepipe was used there was a small hole in the pipe which I was disappointed with, however I had disposed of my old hosepipe so decided to carry on using the hosepipe and contact web 18. The second time I used the hosepipe the nozzle head came away from the hosepipe so is now unusable.

I contacted web18 also wowcher on the 4 August 2014 and sent three further emails getting no response. On the 28 August 2014 I rang web 18 and spoke to Debbie who said that as the order had been despatch over 28 days they would not replace or refund my money. I stated that the hosepipe that I had was not fit for the purpose, Debbie said they have a cut of period of 28 days so could not replace.

I told her that I was not returning it because I didn't want it but that I could not use it as it was faulty . Debbie said that I should have returned it with 28 days. According to the emails I have from the day that I started complaining I was well within the 28 days.

I have sent further emails since I spoke to Debbie and even tried to phone again but they are now ignoring me.

I am disgusted that I have paid out money for a product I'm unable to use.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ON ANY ACCOUNT - I CERTAINLY WILL NOT. I WILL ALSO BE UNSUBSCRIBING TO WOWCHER.

Bought from Web18 through wowcher in June. DO NOT USE. They are what looks like a dodgy company. Delivery took 1 month with no correspondence from Web 18 (even after me emailing). Delivery then turned up and was dumped with a 'neighbour' and no signiature. The delivery was wrapped in second hand and dirty tarpaulin and string, inside (surprisingly with such great wrapping!?) the chair was not only damaged (!!!) but the wrong item !! They are now completely ignoring my emails and SO ARE WOWCHER !!! DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered items through Wowcher from Web 18. Or deed July 2nd. Still waiting. They do not respond to emails either from me or Wowcher. Now seriously considering Wowcher 's offer of a refund. Do not order anything from this company. Not to be trusted

Spent £139 + delivery for a chair on Wowcher I did not know what a complete nightmare this would be it was ordered apparently through Web 18. I redeemed my voucher on 26th July and told it would be delivered within 10 working days WRONG WRONG I have had no acknowledgement whatsoever, I have phoned, e-mailed, facebooked both companies and still NO CHAIR all I want now is my money back please people steer well clear.

Never in my life, have I ever experienced such disgusting service!
Do not use Web 18 under any any circumstances!
Even worse than Web 18, is Wowcher, who continue to use the "services" of such a poor excuse for a business!
