Getting the silent treatment
They encouraged you to top up as much as you can by offering discounts and points you can redeem for your shipment. Don't fall for it. Top up only the exact amount you need because you cannot withdraw your fund.
I haven't been getting any response from them for almost two months. I can't use their service anymore because their shipping rate suddenly skyrocketed and become more expensive than the direct shipping companies. I requested for refund and would like to cancel my account but they don't respond anymore. Think twice before using their service.
