I have started a withdrawal for over 4 weeks on the platform and have not received any money, and yet no one from this company has contacted me to help me withdraw, despite the assurances I received before depositing. I have contacted my account manager but to no avail.

It’s impossible to talk to a Human, it’s all bot and call center digits reply. As an online bank I believe the only thing they have to provide is an amazing customer service, but they are not.

I called every morning around 9:30 for 7 days workweek, NEVER answer. 10min waiting then, off.
30days that I ordered my new card and I have idea where it is, no email confirmation, no sms, no link to follow the status of my shipping. Nothing!
In the midst of the covid 19 pandemic, this bank demands that you go to the branch or post office to deliver the original signed documentation.
Made complaint they replied after weeks!
At that point I had already changed bank and they also cheated me out of 100 euros of deposit for the opening of the current account.
Not very serious, not very professional... Italian bank...
I tried to apply for my car purchase online, that said I was a bad payer so I put in a Hello Peter complaint because I know my credit score is good. Since then Wesbank phoned me once to say they would call me the next day after some investigation. After a week of me contacting them my loan has been approved but no one bothered sending me the terms of the deal.
The service was terrible and very slow. MFC pre-approved my loan in 5 minutes. Wesbank took 5 days.
I had since 4 years ago.
This is one of the best online bank I use since now.
Tecnically is one of the most cheaper account, pretty much all free, also the credit card!
