This is a Pharmacy Service that should make sure that the doctors ‘ prescription are safely delivered.
Lame job, another ordinary shop, defined NOT a pharmacy!
Update: I finally got my medication delivered to a remote pick-up shop, instead of the ‘home delivery’ request/paid mode. It WAS DAO’s, the delivery company, decision, after a blunt message ‘ your pack could not be delivered at home address’, though I was at home all this time. In fact, there was never an attempt to deliver at the home address.
Fair enough ( probably not, if the client pays for home delivery fee), if this was about non-urgent/ medical type of goods.
My order at WebApotek is about doctor-prescribed type of medication and by home delivery, there is a good reason for that.
It is a shared responsibility of the Pharmacy and the delivery company to ensure a smooth and fastest possible delivery.
This could be, in principle, a 90 old patient that is lying ill in bed and has no other possible ways to physically reach a pick-up shop, and/ or awaiting for medication that cannot wait 3-4 days.
I simply do not understand why you cannot see the issue here and keep on ringing. No need. Read again ‘doctor-prescribed’ medication. Can you see how precious time can be wasted, had the prescription been potentially lost in the post?!
I am writing this review, so all the ill and elderly out there do not come to experience even more stress and they can get their medication delivered in a responsible manner.
