No answer , just seen the messages, if needed to change anything to your website they will answer only of they have to charge you , if they have to do something and you paid already they not gone answer...

If I could I would give Zero stars.

Will at Vertical promised me a new logo and Website. Which we paid in advance and we were told the turnaround would be a couple of weeks. From the beginning, we were passed over to an account manager called Samantha, who was abrupt and tried to push us to spend more money! which we wouldn't agree to. At this point, Sam became personally rude and was sending us inappropriate messages.

After complaining to Will regarding this, he messaged to say "Let me talk to the upper management and get back to you I promise you this we are gonna take serious actions against the project manager"

It has now been almost 2 months and I have NOT heard from Will, despite my efforts.

WE HAVE NO LOGO OR WEBSITE. THEY HAVE TAKEN PAYMENT AND NOT DELIVERED A SERVICE.

As we are a small company this has an impact on our finances and has effectively taken us offline, which has made us lose clients.

One of their promises is 100% money-back guarantee if you not satisfied. We are not satisfied and they are not answering messages or calls.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARN CASH

I wouldn't even put 1 star but I have no choice. Be aware of this company. I paid for a website to be built. They lied to me all the way through about many different things. Used gaslighting behaviours saying they had done things and hadnt. Were extremely rude to me many times. Said they were different people to who they really were. And at the end would not give me my website unless I paid for more things from them. This is a BIG WARNING. Do not trust this company at all. I still do not have my website. They change their numbers and emails all the time. Don't turn up for meetings with you. The list goes on. BEWARE

They are the biggest scammer, I paid £100 for their service, and what I got back in my own CV, Cover letter, and no changes to LinkedIn. All Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and Indian advisors changed their names and pretended to be Britishers or Americans.

Dont use this scam company!! I ordered business cards and paid up front for them. They never sent them and ignore my calls. They pretend to be in London but their address is a domestic address in Hounslow. They are not legit and dont lose your money like I have!!

The best company which provides all the top services, staff is always friendly & helpful, highly recommend.

I was approached by Oliver at WebApp Verticals as I placed an ad to update my CV on Bark. I went with them and paid £50. I was assigned a project manager called Emma and her use of wording was not great and she come across aggressive. The first draft had another person's CV on it and then secondly the use of full stops was not consistent. I spent more time correcting the CV than she did. I wanted my CV updated to save me time but instead it done the opposite. When I explained I was not happy with her work as the bullet points did not relay what I had done in my job roles from my old CV I sent over. I was told I need to be patient and that asking for a refund was not he right way to behave. Then she explained that she was admitted to hospital and therefore the reason behind the lack of care and that she was not well enough. I explained if she was not fit to work then she should explain this to her employer. In the end she said she had told Oliver who would be in touch. I had not heard anything from Oliver so I messaged him. He explained that Emma had not been in contact with him and would message me back when he had. I messaged him again and had no reply. I went onto WebApp's website and done a live chat with Jason who explained he would organise my refund and it would take 10-15 days. I waited and nothing. I emailed and nothing. I telephoned them and they did not come across professional and said Jason would be in contact with me but did not take my name or number. It is a shame as I have read the other reviews and people have had a great experience with them but unfortunately that was not the case for me. I am £50 down and no CV.

Great service, brilliant product though a little shocked at the extra £199 registration fee, I would have liked to have been informed of this prior to my purchase.

Very good and high quality service also very quick defintly work with them again.

James has been amazing throughout. Eventhough I gave him a 2 day notice, him and his team went and smashed it. I am absolutely in shock and will certainly be using this company in the future too.

The CV and cover letter are better than I ever expected or that I could write myself. They really know what they are doing. Fantastic response time and communication over edits. Very patient and friendly.
