I ordered a raised bed from Webbs online 10 days ago.
I am still awaiting delivery.
I have contacted the company and have been given a number of explanations. New Couriers, van breakdowns, was promised delivery every day for the last 3 days to no avail.
Remained at home for 2 of these days, informed Webbs I was also happy for delivery to be left on front drive if not at home, this was agreed.
Called today for update and was promised a call back from warehouse for delivery status update , no callback received.
Still awaiting delivery 11 days after initial order, product purchased online in good faith with hefty delivery charge paid.
Would not recommend using Webbs online services until delivery issues are addressed.

Always have what I'm looking for and love the variety of ranges from home to garden.
Webbs wychbold is a great place to spend a few hours and the staff are always helpful.
I bought some garden furniture online at a greatly reduced price at the end of season. I was pre-warned that it would not be arriving in original packaging.
The couriers themselves were communicative, arrived on time and left the furniture exactly where we wanted it.
On unwrapping we found that the one of the small rubber washers on the bottom of a chair leg was missing.
Webbs got the manufacturer to send me a replacement directly with no fuss, and kept me informed by email throughout. I was very pleased with the quality of service and attention to detail, particularly given that we had received a deep discount on the item. I would definitely use Webbs again.
Cafe totally pretentious. Over £10 for a sandwich. Tea served in a fancy carafe but the colour and taste of dishwater. What a shame. Cakes uncovered and dried out.

Ordered a stone circle from Webbs but on opening the package found one piece was broken. Telephoned Webbs immediately and unlike many calls made to suppliers phone service it was answered very quickly. Took pictures and video as instructed and sent off to Webbs. Staff sympathetic and positive in solving the problem which involved contacting the manufactures of the stone circle. Every contact and follow up from me was dealt with pomptly by Webbs. We did have to wait for the replacement segment to be produced by the manufacturer. Two replacement segments arrived 26/09/2023. Despite the wait which was unavoidable Webbs delivered.
Wonderful plants in super condition and delivered quickly.
What great service. Thankyou.
I visited Webbs cafe today and was very disappointed by their range of cakes. I have been a member for years and the cafe used to have a wide range of cakes, muffins, scones etc. Today there were 3 cakes on offer out of which I chose the lemon. There was more butter icing than cake! Both my daughter and I had to scrape it off as it was so sickly. You had to search for the sponge among the masses of butter icing. We don't live locally and made a special visit. We will head for Dobbies next time - nearer to us and with a much better selection.

To me Webbs are one of the finest companies to deal with. Their service is first class and should you have a question to ask or if there is a problem they respond quickly and with care I am a new customer and I look forward to a long lasting relationships. Thank you Webbs
I ordered a garden arch at a good price which arrived within a few days. I phoned with a query and the people I spoke to were very helpful. There was a mix up with the delivery company and again I phoned and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. Good product and good customer service.
I purchased a euphorbia that arrived today. I was very impressed by the careful packaging to ensure safe transportation of the plant and even more so with the quality of the plant!
Thank you so much.
Would recommend !!
Today we had a lovely lunch from the new menu, not only was the food and drinks excellent but the service from a lovely lady named Sandra who couldn’t do enough for us and who made our visit a positive happy one. We will definitely return. So lovely to be served with a smile.
I bought a webbs online bunch of flowers and plants. There was an issue, but after one of the managers found out everything was sorted. The manager went above and beyond to rectify my wee issue, liasing with myself and staff.
The packing to secure the plants is the best I've seen in the UK. They arrive on time and you're kept in the loop.
All the plants have a lush, strong colour and look healthy.
Serious health and safety issues - 2 overflowing waste bins sited at the end of the serving station were right next to our table. This was not a pleasant sight to look at whilst waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and a further 20 minutes for our coffee and scones to arrive. We spoke to the assistant manager about the health risks, as well as our lengthy wait. One of the staff then moved the rubbish only to replace the bins in the same place ready for the next lot of dirty rubbish to be dumped next to our table. The assistant manager explained the delay by saying that they were very busy, but she did not appear to be helping the staff in any way. The restaurant was certainly not full, with many empty tables and we could not understand why there were so many staff wandering around doing nothing but chat to each other. Several people who had arrived before us got up and walked out as they were fed up of waiting. This is not the way to encourage customers to return.

Very impressed with the customer service received by Andy and very happy with the product.
I was in Webbs, Cheltenham today and having had a bad experience before, I decided to go to see what it was like before inviting my friends later in the week.
There is plenty of car parking.
The variety of plants is great and Caroline the horticulturist was very helpful, and I would highly recommend her for any gardening queries. I did feel bad because I needed to take her away from her work to help with my queries because there wasn’t any staff in the indoor gardening section.
The ladies main toilet door entrance wasn’t closing, not a nice experience. I have notified a member of staff who said the person to deal with this would be in tomorrow.
There is only one way to enter the café. There needs to be more signage to signify this. I was able to just walk in and chose any table I wished. There wasn’t a menu on the table, which annoyed ‘Abi’. Understandable but for a customer to see, not necessary. Lovely Daisy served me and asked when kind of bread, which was great but omitted to ask what kind of poached egg and consequently had it hard yoked. She was very pleasant. It would be very helpful to have all café staff to wear a name badge.
Its best not to sit too near the kitchen entrance as the continuous ‘humming’ noise can be very irritating. I spoke to one of staff about this, because they work there, they have got used to it.
There is an afternoon tea £16.99 but you need to go online to find out the menu etc. as there isn’t a hard copy to hand. ( after September. £19.99 per person)
In summary, from a catering point of view: if webs want to charge premier prices, they need to ‘tweak’ the customer care. I have referenced Boston Tea Party and The Ivy to compare prices and if you have had the privilege to eat there, you will feel very special. It would great if Webbs cantering to be trained up to this standard, after all customers just don’t pay for the food but the experience as well.
Webbs Healthy Breakfast 617 Kcal £10.29
Webbs bacon, poached egg, tomato, mushroom, beans & toast
(Boston Tea Party 687 kcal. £10.95
The West country Breakfast: free range Old English sausage & back bacon, scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, toast
The Ivy
Full English Breakfast £15.95
Smoked streaky bacon, Cumberland herbed sausages, fried free-range hen’s eggs, potato rösti, black pudding, roast plum tomato, grilled flat mushroom and baked beans. Served with a choice of white or granary toast.)
Francesca, at the till was amazingly helpful.
AVOID - Sat at a booth, Poorly cleaned table. You have to have someone come and take your order. We sat there for 20 minutes. Loads of staff walking around, but not one approached us. We finally asked if someone can come and take out order and a lady told us someone will be coming over. She even pointed to the person. The person went to the wrong booth and took there order , even though they had just walked in. To make matters worse, we were seated in the booth right at the front by the cakes and waiting area to be seated. We got up and left. Never again.

This is my third consecutive visit to the restaurant. The first the apple pie was microwaved (confirmed by a member of staff) and soggy, the 2nd the scrabbled egg tasted like egg custard which again I'm guessing was microwaved.
Today, the 3rd visit, I spent an hour just for coffee and cake. People were coming in after me and getting served whilst I was ignored. This was happening to other people as well. Members of staff shuffling papers by the till, drinking from their bottles and very busy cleaning tables which was the only positive I can get from the service.
How are the staff monitoring who is waiting?

Needed to take out a mortgage to visit here. Had a coffee and a tea in the restaurant didn't buy any food it's too overpriced. Not going to be ripped off .
