Just completed my most recent purchase of winter supplies (cold water bacteria and food). Have been a satisfied customer of Webb Online for many year. Very competitive prices with frequent sales, discount codes and free shipping for purchases over $49. Redeeming earned Pond Points has saved me money as well. Only ever had one order issue, i.e., missing part from an open box item. I called and they promptly shipped me the missing part.

This Company sends products different then what is ordered. The owner is aware and won’t do anything to help. Beware…don’t lose money…shop somewhere else. Pretty pathetic…..

If you are a business and have a legal contract with this company be careful. They don’t honor the terms and conditions of the agreement they signed onto even though the document states in several spots “terms and conditions “ agreed to. A business needs to be trustworthy when dealing with other businesses. They were not. Beware.

Great company. I ordered the small mixed bag of butterfly koi, everything went smooth and they were all delivered happy and healthy per the tracking!

I have been a customer for few years. I purchase everything I need from Webb's Garden; and the only reason is simple "Joseph". Besides being super knowledgeable, he's cares about his customers and provides guidance according to your budget. I am extremely pleased with the products and pricing. Congrats to your company for such a fantastic hire. Keep up the amazing work.

Needed a filter system for my koi pond. Had done some preliminary research. When I talked to Webb's they gave me the additional information I needed. Order the product (Oase). Everything I ordered showed up timely and no issues. Three months later an issue did arise. Contacted Webb and within a week had a part. Ufortunately, the part didn't cure the problem. Working with Webb and Oase, got the part in about a week and every thing is up and running.

I needed a specific part for my pond pump. Like anybody else I googled for the part I needed by the pump name and model number. Webb's website with a picture of the replacement part came up immediately. I hit the link and purchased the $5 (Rounding off dollar amounts for the sake of a quick read) part along with the $13 shipping for the part that is about the size of Bic Lighter. When the part arrived it was obviously the wrong size. I called Webb's to see why they shipped the wrong part and they admitted that they didn't sell parts for my pump. Really? Why were their keywords focused on my maker and model then?? The guy on the phone explained that I needed an RMA for a return. I filled out the form and essentially what it was is a purchase window for $13 worth of return shipping with UPS (the ONLY way that they accept returns). So, shipping it back would raise my out of pocket for this "bait & switch" from $18 to $26. What a bunch of a-holes. My next call is to VISA to see if they will work with me on this. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Don't waste your time and money.
I ordered a uv filter and pump for my clients pond. My money went through.
Couple weeks later I find out they canceled my order without notice.
I just made another order this morning they took my money then returned it right away. For unsure reasons why.
Trust me I freaked out. I have a business where clients rely on me.
As I NEVER buy online I broke down to buy my client a decent system online as my supplier couldn't find what I was seeking.

I ordered a "pond pump", advertised to be good for 600 gallons per hour. There was no mention in the ad about diminished flow rate if the water had to be pumped up hill. Obviously up-hill pumping causes some loss of flow rate, but I assumed the loss would be nominal with a rise of two feet, which is what mine was. After all, isn't that typical for backyard ponds? Well, the loss was a whole lot more than that. After installing the pump I measured the actual flow rate at 363 gallons per hour, which is only 60 percent of the advertised rate. So I complained. A cool-off-the-customer guy named Joe contacted me and assured me that a loss in flow rate of that magnitude was to be expected, that he couldn't take the pump back because his company didn't deal in used equipment, and that "we stand 100% behind the products we sell." Well, Joe, I hate to tell you but that simply isn't true. Your company deals in failure-to-disclose advertising and doesn't stand behind its products. I will never buy anything from Webb's Water Gardens again, and I suggest that anyone contemplating the purchase of a pond pump look elsewhere. There are lots of choices.

Terrible experience. I would never do business with this company again. Called in and they told me what items to purchase for the pond. Got the items in and they were completely wrong. Called back to webbs and they said I could return them but it would cost me shipping. I had to argue with them over this because it was there mistake. They said there was no proof that they made any mistakes so I could either return them or not and that it was my choice. I would never buy from them again.
