Great selection of products and good prices. I think everyone should try and support independent camping supply shops when they can. Shipping was quick, well packaged and communicated. Plus a free tote bag. Kampa table was exactly what I needed for my small van at festivals and camping.

I'm very impressed by Webbs Outdoors' service. I ordered a Cadac 2 Cook 3 Pro on Sunday 17th May and received it on Tuesday the 19th.

The product itself looks like it will fit the bill superbly and it was very competitively priced - I spent quite a while comparing.

Found a great offer on a new Cadac great price and including a free soft soak. Ordered on Friday along with a couple of other accessories and cleaner for the old Cadac. This was packed up and shipped the same day and received on Monday (despite living on an island). Webbs also threw in a free cookbook and a handwritten message which was a nice touch.

This is by far THE BEST SERVICE I’ve ever received from a company! Don’t hesitate to buy from here !!! I placed an order LAST NIGHT, in fairness to Webbs, they have a notice as clear as day on their website saying there are currently delays in shipping out & the date stated for dispatch would really be pushing it for when we needed it for as we are going away on the 10th so very risky. I contacted the shop by email to see if there was any way they could try to ship sooner rather than later to make sure it came on time && WOW just WOW I was blown away with the customer service! Stephen the store manager emailed back to say he would do his best for us && my word did he! Dispatched today like a legend so it will be here In plenty of time

Had problems trying to buy my item from their online store, I phoned and spoke with a gentleman called Stephen, with his advice I managed to finish my purchase, I had paid for next day delivery, Stephen phoned me to say that as the next day was a public holiday the folding van step would be delivered the day after, he said he would do his best to get it delivered on time, fabulously it arrived the next day as I'd paid for, many thanks Stephen for your understanding and kind service, not always present these days, was a nice change, well done.
