A horrible elaborate scam! Real user review, no fluff just truth!
Firstly, I would advise everyone to AVOID this company like the plague. Sebastian cannot be trusted, he will lie and lie to get your cash with fairy-tale-like fake promises. They don’t care about you or your situation just as long as they can get your cash, run off with your investments and not pay what you have rightfully earned. Thank God, I managed to avoid some of the ridiculous fees imposed! The glowing reviews here are either employees from the company or they have been bought! Please DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting these liars! You wont get paid!
Let me explain - Having read the glowing reviews here, I decided to take a chance. So I started on the basic plan and was happy to leave it at this level. However, i was contacted by Sebastian (account manager) who persuaded me to go onto the professional plan – big mistake. Problem is that when you take this, you cant just have one unit $1500 investment. Nope you have to fill all 4units to $4999. Anyway, I was now roped in with the promise of 1.5BTC earning potential upon expiry of the plan. I asked Sebastian whether there would be charges e.g. upgrade, withdrawal etc. He replied with no (important to remember this point) He also stated I would get the choice of earning $500 per week or leave it to compound the profits, which I opted to do again from his advice.
Fast forward, at the end of the 1st cycle I was charged $570 prototype upgrade then $1500 insurance and cycle tax $750. (Remember the no more 'upgrade' charges previously promised?) TBH I was angry as there was no prior warning about these fees but I went along with them after Sebastian explaining the reasoning and plus the Trustpilot reviews seemed to be really legit AND after all, id get 1.5btc at the end right? Plus I could see my investment making excellent progress via the dashboard!
During the 2nd cycle, I repeatably asked Sebastian for more transparency on charges. Then he finally hit me a $13777 bill !!! Absolutely ridiculous especially when other companies are doing a similar job and don’t charge at all or charge minimal – granted they won’t make anywhere near 1.5btc in the 2month timeframe, but $13777?!!!? (Fee breakdown – merchant upgrade $1770, Energy $5500, maintenance fee $2000, 2nd cycle tax $1500 and incorporation fee $3000). Having experiencing personal issues, I managed to get all but one fee (incorporation fee) offset against final profits. Well at least that was that, I thought - I mean I was getting 1.5BTC minus a few costs right?? Sebastian then said there would no more charges
Near to the end of the final cycle, another support email and guess what? Another charge apparently from Fintrac tax because my account was now merchant status. Support overruled Sebastian who apparently didn’t make this clear! So the Fintrac fee was $2200 and withdrawals had to be made to Coinbase wallet or another $950 fee incurred
Now afterall the promises and payments made, Sebastian has since been ignoring emails just like the support have. My withdrawals have disappeared and my investment figure although now $63k is bloody pointless because these Webcoine crooks have ran off and have not paid my money. These crooks should be in jail!! All scammers should be shot at dawn!! They have no idea of the misery they cause! Dont trust them!
UPDATE (1/8/22)
So the amount these jerks owed had risen to $75,000 (£68k approx) and now they are saying that the amount has to be given to me via PayPal. So why all the messing with the extra charges for BTC address??!!
Amazingly Webcoine and the account manager created fake PayPal email pages (logo missing, spelling mistakes, gmail return email attached etc etc!) plus asking for £3600 payment for PayPal voucher and £1800 for tax.
Seriously, these people are lower than low!
