I have the wonderful experience of a personal web developer technician, Ian. Regardless of the request and often outside of "business hours", Ian has taken the time to LISTEN TO MY NEED. He then explains to me the language that I sometimes do not understand, the internet! He explains the best methods to achieve my goals for the products and services I offer in a way that makes good sense and especially, financial sense. Too often I would think "short term". Ian advised me of the longevity of my service and recognized that my business will grow so, "do not think SMALL!" It is very important to have authentic support and genuine knowledge of the LONGEVITY OF BUSINESS USING THE INTERNET. After one week of total silence, frustration and research. I found that they are not a legit company in the US or even in Canada.
I received a call from Frank.
No refund mentioned but he was polite, offered me to continue the job on my website. I am currently in the process will see how it’s turned. So far Frank has been a professional. Will see
For now I am giving 2 stars because I am waiting to see the final result. I will keep you update.

I recommend Webdesignharbour!
1. For me there is always an editing period. Ian was patient with me and never asked if we were done... he waited for me to tell him, "We're done!"
2. Ian is really good with all the tools at his disposal, and he shared many of them with me and we incorporated them into my website!
3. I value his opinion and really needed his young, fresh perspective! He let me be me but steered me toward a more modern presentation that I would not have come up with on my own!
4. Webdesignharbour sold me a very reasonably priced package, and they were true to their word when they described what I would receive, and followed through on their promise.
