They made sure that everything that I wanted and needed was given to me

I paid web harbor to build my in 2022 they took a vey long time to build the site and it is still not good. I have given then several chances to fix the problems and a year later we are still in the same position! they are a scam company stay away from them
website they did a rotten job! I have moved my site from them to godaddy
and we are still having problems google says there is malware on the site. I need my money back!
The social media I also paid them to do and that is also I payed a lot of money for nothing!
I have called serval time to let them know that I am still having problems! they lied and not contacted me!
the fake name that they used are Frank, Richard, Josh!
All fake names I need my funds back so that I can get a proper website done.

Honestly one of the most horrific experiences.

I'll be transparent and say there was some fault on my side, but what an awful shiite experience.

The sale:
From the beginning I told them this was for my mom's business and the salesman and I agreed on a price.

Onboarding:
For a company that promotes SEO, there was no SEO done. I basically, no... I LITERALLY provided all the content on the website. All they did was plug in play into whatever template they had. Not only that, there was always and I mean ALWAYS something being wrong. This was suppose to take 2 weeks and I was not aware of all the content I needed to provide.
That was May we are in NOVEMBER.

The website building:
I already talked about the content I had to provide on my end. Now let me talk about the CONSTANT upselling. When they tell you their package price they will then try and upsell you on managing the website itself. Now this was a photography website, we can all agree that photography website's showcase.... photos right?
Tell me why I wasn't aware that I needed to purchase some other nonsense because the pictures were to big?
It would have been nice to know that prior to once again arriving at a roadblock while they try and upsale me on using some cloud service.

One of sales manager made a comment on the lines of "you are getting a great price ...." after a comment about the time and performance, as if they are doing a charity for me. That is between you and your sales guy not me.

Tried to upsale me on using a translator, they are free....

Website finish:
Honestly once I rejected their pitches to manage the website it was when customer service plummeted to new lows.
They wanted me to sign an agreement saying they showed me how to use the website and delivered the product.

I told them I wouldn't until they actually showed me what they did and how to make adjustments.

Anyways,
I took time in giving them the content because of time constraints. But also, next time just sell me your freaking template if you are going to not actually "design"

now I am looking at their instructional soundless video hoping nothing else comes into question or is ill explained.

For the price I paid I should have gone with Fiverrr, at least there is a 3rd party there to mediate this mickey mouse job they did.

They are excellent professional

This designer company did a great job creating my business website. I have no experience in websites and they did it all for me. Whatever I needed they got it done. Communication was great the entire time. Because they do all of the designing you will pay for it but the ending product is worth it! It Saved me so much time and stress.

They really listen to me and made my website as professional as it could be to match my personality!
