We are a company based in the US and recently had a highly disappointing experience with Sanjay Mark Ballav, CEO of Web Development India, a company based in Indore, India. We had engaged their services and made a prompt, upfront deposit of 40% of the total agreed price for the development of a website. Unfortunately, after issuing a notice to proceed, we had to cancel the contract just five days later when Web Development India informed us that they could not develop the code for some of the scope of work that was previously agreed upon in the contract.

Despite the contract cancellation and the fact that no work had been performed, Web Development India refused to return our deposit. We repeatedly requested a refund, but they blatantly stated that they will not return the money. We had a clause in the contract for such terminations, but Mr. Sanjay Ballav did not honor it.

To make matters worse, we discovered that the company is operating Wed Development India using another company’s GSTIN, 23AADCW3697H1Z2, which belong to Webnomysis Private Limited, a different company created by Mr. Sanjay Ballav. This misleading information constitutes fraud; it can be verified by accessing the Goods and Services Tax website of the Government of India. They are using deceptive practices to conduct their business, putting clients at significant risk.

We strongly advise potential clients to be cautious and avoid any dealings with Mr. Sanjay Mark Ballav, Web Development India, or Webnomysis Private Limited. Their unethical behavior and fraudulent practices should not be overlooked. Ensure to thoroughly vet any company before entering into agreements or making any payments, especially if you are a company operating outside of India.

Web Development India completed the entire project within the new deadline and did an excellent job. The project management team was always responsive and available when needed. They embraced the company's goals and helped to push the product to be even better.

Average size company with poor client communication.

I was worried reading some of the reviews here, but I trusted the company to help me develop a real estate website. My contact Mark was very accessible on the phone and they produced some good work. I will keep working with them on enhancements and I hope everything goes well.

this is a scam company i paid them money and could not delivery the product. stay away if you love your money. also poor customer care.

Scam company stay away.. they will keep delaying your work will never deliver.

Beware from this Company, They are not the Company of there words. Scammed with me. I lost my money. never hire them.

This is fraud company and they take money as down payment and never reply or finish work. So be careful

We are a mid sized company in Thailand, intended to get a website started like Zillow/Fazwaz with map search funcionality. Agreed Price 8K USD Deposit Paid 30%
After 2/3 months they come back with 4/5 utter simple pages probably cloned/scaped.
If they where thingking that we have absolute no knowledge they could get away with it.
So be very carefull for the setup you ask for. Laravel/Vue.JS forget it.
They prepare a nice contract for you with a 3 month deadline, which in our case is already passed. Then they come to us why we never asked for updates, while we did and documented the request for updates.
Then they say that other "Clients like the design.... what design ? Our company spend 3 months for the design we want, all details are there. We not want to be a copy of other companies we want our own identity.
So now the contract say that we can get money back if they not have delivered within 3 months. But no email from them.
And yes they start talking about Corona and we want to cancell becouse of corona, what is absolute not the case. We have the money in order to do this project with money proof.

I randomly found this company on the internet and decided to test them out, since then I've never been happier!! It's been almost a year and half later and I'm still working with them.
