This seems to be a scam. I ordered a BBQ 15 days ago now and nothing. They dont answer the phones, they dont respond to emails and the tracking says the order has been complete. Dont take my word for it. Read the other reviews. Save yourself the stress and go buy a different BBQ and avoid Weber
I received my barbecue with missing parts and contacted Weber but they said they are having supplier problems and cannot do anything.Im not happy as they did not resolve my problem and im still waiting three weeks now
My Genesis II E-310 is 3 years old, has never seen a drop of rain (kept under the patio roof) and is rusting away. The cross bars at the bottom of the grill (used for storage), have metal showing and multiple blisters in the paint. I just received word this morning that this is out of the guarantee and I CAN BUY NEW ONES!
The logic to buy a WEBER grill for a lot or Euros, must be questioned.
1. In the first year - the enamel lid was replaced due to a faulty enamel. (not an issue).
2. the current problem as mentioned.
3. Also claimed that the fasteners holding the gas burner elements are rusted and are getting worse.. No comments to my mail.
WERBER should rethink their quality and the comment to the customers.
Terrible Customer Service. I bought an iGrill 3 digital thermometer that keeps ‘switching itself off’.... I have spent hours trying to get through to them on the phone and emailed detailing the problem.mI got ‘standard’ email after 7 days (!) telling me to do what I had told them I had already done. I have now written asking for a refund, and guess what, not heard a thing back..... premium prices, poor poor customer experience.

I ordered flavour bars online directly from Weber for my spirit 310 as the ones I had didn’t even last two years! On a £400-500 Gas BBQ, I have been waiting for over 8 days and are being lied too by customer services daily about where my order is and when it’s likely to be delivered. I understand the COVID-19 situation but all other companies online have managed to deliver within the time frame given so why can’t Weber!!!

Just purchase a new Q3200!and cover the actual bbq is ok but I am not impressed with the stand or cover.
Stand is completely plastic and doesn’t feel very sturdy. The cover is very thin not great quality and only covers about 2/3 of the BBQ
