I’ll admit I have not been the best customer , I did stop answering my phone once requests were made and not fulfilled after reserving a poor product that was just templates and very unprofessionally put together. I will admit we did have some harsh words exchanged but it’s good to have all my requests in email and I will wrap this up at the end of the review.

Much like other have posted after my hosting expired Webexploride is trying to get me to pay for more hosting to transfer my domain.

Ironic how this comes about after multiple times asking for it while hosting was active .

Tonight I had a 1 hour conversation about how I’m there lowest paying customer and how they have done more then what I have paid for , ironic how he didn’t even have my invoice yet have it available to him when I asked him the details.

These guys are very unprofessional and beat around the bush always trying to make an extra bucks. If you are one of the company’s spending 250k a year with these guys I feel bad for you.

Yes I’m a small fish in the sea but 5k on a website in year one of my business should still deserve a full fulfillment of contract and not to be met with poor time lines and excuses , these guys have used my original review as a battening tool to constantly ask me to take it down but at the same time they said they don’t care that I’m making this one .

So ya I was a crappy customer when it got to the point I couldent trust them , at the start I was there top priority and now we are here

Do not use this company. They are by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have been a witness throughout this engagement and have observed the communications and overall process.
Based on what I am witnessing, there are repeated missed deadlines, constant excuses, demands for additional money beyond what was originally agreed, and a failure to follow a signed contract. Control of the website domain is being withheld, and concerns are dismissed rather than addressed.
Communication is beyond frustrating — they talk over you, do not let you speak, and appear far more interested in hearing their own voice than resolving issues. I could go on, but they have already taken up enough of everyone’s time.

This company is a joke. First, they lied saying they were based in Toronto - they are not. They claim to be in California, but from the quality of the calls I have had with them (people coughing in the background, whispers to the caller, delays, fails, etc) I doubt it. Their whole social media is fake, if you do a simple search, you will understand. I wish I was more attentive to that, and less genuine, because all they did was take advantage of my kindness. On top of the that, let's talk about their attitude: entitled, unprofessional, disrespectful, greedy for money, almost looking like they were the client - not me. They will only treat you nicely when they have your money on their hands. If you complain or show you are unsatisfied with something, they will "kindly neglect your opinion" showing you all the reasons why your complaint isn't legit and, therefore, won't address it.
I could be here for hours mentioning point by point of how horrible this whole experience with Web Exploride has been, but I will save my words and simply end this review with the most absurd and illegal point of all: THEY ARE GATEKEEPING MY HOSTING SERVER AND DOMAIN FROM ME. Yes, I do not own my website hosting server nor domain. Mind you, they signed a contract that CLEARLY said the full ownership of my website should be transferred to me once completed - also, isn't that obvious? I hired their service, but the website of my company is MINE. (Yes, I got to the point where I had to write a contract, believing that would save me from being scammed - it did not). They won't transfer it to me, unless, guess what? I pay them more money.
At this point, I am not even interested in getting anything else from them - I just want to warn others as I wish someone has done with me.

Unprofessional and unethical behavior.

We worked with EBB for several months, providing them with marketing services, including numerous revisions as requested. Once the project reached the final stage after a lot of time and effort on our part, they suddenly demanded a refund, which they were not eligible for under the terms.

When we professionally informed them of this, they retaliated by posting false negative reviews from multiple accounts in an attempt to defame our business. This is not how professional collaborations should work.

WE CAUTION ANY SERVICE PROVIDERS CONSIDERING WORKING WITH THEM, PROTECT YOUR TIME, ENERGY, AND REPUTATION.

As a small, family-owned business, we do our best to take great care in choosing who we work with. Web Exploride aggressively pursued us with constant calls and emails, despite us repeatedly stating we needed time to decide. Their eagerness, combined with the high-quality samples they provided, convinced us to move forward. This turned out to be a massive mistake.

From the start, our primary contact was Cody, who assured us they understood our brand and vision. After months of delays, excuses, false promises and zero usable work, we were handed off to his superior, Jonathan, who was supposed to "take over and fix things." Instead, he showed up to a critical meeting with nothing but a basic, error-filled list of what could be a schedule—filled with grammatical mistakes, incorrect descriptions of our services (which we had repeatedly clarified), and information that anyone could find by spending five minutes on our website or social media.

The work they did deliver was completely unprofessional:

- Images with overlapping text and inconsistent fonts

- Grammatical errors and poor sentence structure in captions and descriptions

- Photos of services we don’t even offer

- Low-quality, poorly cropped images with no visual continuity

We had provided them with detailed branding information and even connected them with our content photographer, yet they still failed to produce anything even remotely usable.

After three months of nothing of value, missed deadlines and multiple ignored emails - we requested a refund. Instead of accountability, they sent us a “no refunds” contract that we had never seen before and then began ignoring us completely.

Web Exploride misrepresents their abilities, delivers below subpar work, and refuses to take responsibility. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—do not work with them.
