I Have a old computer which had plenty of internet issues that my 80 year old auntie uses. I was told that it was not repairable. I had bought bit defender to enhance my computer security but needed help in installing it. That is when I noticed Webguard and with some reluctance due to a previous scam where a similar incident occurred, I let them do the work in plain view. I was impressed with the speed of the operation and the quick choices to be made for continued service. I balked at the price for two years of service but knowing that I could contact them at any time with tech questions, I made the decision to purchase a two year agreement.
