Day to day my website runs well and I'm happy with my package. However, when your website gets hacked you really need the service to step up a notch. And that's exactly what happened. WHB responded very quickly to my distress signal, put me at ease immediately, maintained regular communication and got me back in control of my fully functioning website. I also received some useful preventative guidance too.

We've been with webhostingbuzz.com for 13 years straight. And within that time, not one bad services and responses we get from them. We hosted around 20 website with them, and event nearly 30 at some point. All of them are smooth sailing.

Sadly, we have to close our hosting services this year, and has to cancel our services with them. And even that, they kindly helped in cancelation proses with no hassle.

Our next cycle automatic payment even can get refunded, because in automatic process, it get billed 3 days before our yearly due date (too make sure no glitch on the services renewal), and we kind of give them late notification of the service cancelation, to close to the due date (2 days close to be exact). Really really big thanks to Dinda R for helping with this.

Give Simeon K. a raise! Honestly though, in my 10 years working for the Town of Hollis and being a customer of webhosting buzz, I have not experienced such a wonderful provider of service from your company as I did today. We have to update our DNS records today for the launch of our new website. The initial help I received did not provide much detail. Simeon not only provided the "how" and "why" DNS records work when changed or deleted, but also reset our DNS zone, re-added all the records exactly as they were before, and set the TTL to be consistent to prevent future issues. Simeon was my angel sent from the technology gods today! I would give Simeon K. 1000 stars if I could--he is that good! Thank you, Simeon K!

I had an issue that was relatively complex to solve (or so I thought). The fantastic support team at WebHostingBuzz also required some time and a few rounds to pinpoint the issue but they never dropped the ball, were extremely responsive and solved my issue. Really pleased!

I cancelled their services because I have multiple accounts with them and asked them to release a domain to use on my other accounts, but they made it conditional on a payment. Their customer service became very poor.

Something as simple as removing a few domains from one account so I can register them on another one of your accounts, and you keep asking me for multiple confirmations. After 2 days you still haven’t helped me. I have 22 accounts with you, each with 2 reseller hosting plans, and you still won’t help me.
