I've been a customer since 2013. In 2025, they billed me days before my billing date, so I filed a dispute. They then relied on their terms of service to win the dispute and keep the money while refusing to provide the service until I pay them $80.

No one in their right mind should use Webhostingbuzz. I found out a little too late. Here are a few clauses from their terms of service:

1. If you file a dispute or chargeback against them, they can suspend or terminate your account, even before the dispute is resolved. They won't give you your data.

2. They will charge you an administrative fee and $80 if you want your account reinstated.

3. They refuse all liability, even when they are wilfully negligent. Here's a direct quote from their terms:
"IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, OR COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PRODUCTS LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY, AND NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WHG US KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT WILL WHG US'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PRODUCTS LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY, AND NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500)."

4. You also can't sue them when they inevitably screw up or be part of a class action against them. Their terms force you into binding arbitration.

5. Their support staff will definitely attempt to bully you into withdrawing a complaint against them by threatening to delete your account and your data.

Use their service at your own risk.

Unacceptable price increase.
they increase prices for old users by 25% without any reason. this not the first time to increase prices.

I’m with WHB for more than 10 years, and I never had serious problems. Support is great: fast, simple and very professional. I strongly recommend this provider.

I've actually been with WebHostingBuzz for a number of years and have never had a problem with them and they are always extremely helpful, timely, and courteous. They recently advised of an upcoming rate increase so I thought.. hmm.. I don't do much designing anymore so thought I would switch to GoDaddy since they had a good promo price for hosting. What a mistake - they nickel and dime for everything and when it came to support - wow.. spent over 12 hours over 3 days with them (and they are not US based anymore) ... got cut off and transferred to 7 different people, and they still weren't able to help migrate just 1 site over. After all the claims and failures they said they could try again for $199 - no thank you. Also, when you look at costs, look at domain name pricing... the reg price at GD is now $21.99 and WHB is $14.99 - if you have 10 domain names, that's $70 a year more.
I am sticking with WebHostingBuzz for another 10 years :)

I have hosted my websites with WebHostingBuzz since 2008. I have also recommended them to my clients. This is because I had a fantastic service from them all these years. Even now, they had upgraded their servers giving my hosting account more capacity at no extra cost and their Service Team member Rossy helped me migrate my add-on domains and sites to their new smoothly and quickly. Very happy with Rossy and their service team.

We have been using Web Hosting Buzz since 2017, and our experience has been consistently positive. The service has been reliable, and whenever we needed support, the team was always responsive and helpful.

Many years ago, about 20yrs now, I made a stupid little web site – just to say I have my own site!! I’ve kept it going all these years buying the bear min hosting plan. After all, it was only a couple pages of do nothing. My bronze plan holding a couple pages, taking up hardly any space with them went to $61/yrs!! Now I just received an email stating that to continue proving the reliability, security and performance you depend on…blah, blah, blah they need to increase my plan by 25% !!!! They want $76/yr. They can take the couple of bytes and put them up their….I’m out.

I have a very good experience and still using the hosting of WEBHOSTINGBUZZ. I am very satisfy about their services.

The support person was an absolute professional who calmly fixed the issue, and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure the sites were working as they should. Huge relief and gratitude!

I was a customer with WHB over 17 years. I felt so comfortable and so did my reseller clients.
But for last one month. My reseller website are being hacked over and over again. My clients are running away. WHB is not giving a proper solution to me. Every week some of my websites are down. They restore it after few ticket responses but again it gets hacked or some other website gets hacked.
I am extremely worried.
