Webinvinci is FRAUD!

Webinvinci is an unprofessional, unethical, and fraudulent business. They have blatantly plagiarized their website from uptownwebsiteworks.com, where they didn't even bother to change the name (from uptown to webinvinci) on a review. They shouldn't even be entitled to a single-star review. Webinvinci will strategically manipulate the revisions process in attempts to reach a point where your business is no longer entitled to a refund according to their poorly written terms and conditions. DO NOT DO ENTERTAIN THE POSSIBILITY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH WEBINVINCI. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress wasting your time and money.

This place looks really legit

This place looks really legit, and even has a response team that gets in touch with you over inquiries. They push really hard for money right away. Of course money is important, but they push so hard it seems like that's all that matters.

I have paid them a total of 1100 dollars for a website design package priced at 1599. All that has been shown to me is plagiarized web page screen shot, and a logo design screen shot.

They have no reviews on Facebook page, their webpage year is out dated (2020). They claim hundreds of customer accounts yet their facebook activity is non-existent with so-called customers.

I looked up some the business reviews they provide of work completed and cannot find the people who did the reviews. I would be curious to know if any of the good reviews on trustpilot are even real, or made by a friend or family member of theirs.

I asked for a refund and they will not issue one. They Claimed the project has been started, yet they cannot provide any real substantial completed work to show me. I tried to post a review of them on their facebook page and they took it down right away, (Probably why they have no reviews on page).

Because initial bank fraud investigation has low standards of proof they were able to gain favor in the banks decision against me for my 1000 dollars by providing the plagiarized screen shots. But that will be changed as I now have a more thorough investigation opened up against them.

Do not work with them, they are scammers.

The client had issues with the company's terms and conditions during the design and development phase. A dispute was filed and the case was resolved in the favor of the organization's brand WEBINVINCI.

The client has a pending balance with the company and is still reluctant to clear out the dues even, after loosing the legal proceedings. Webinvinci would never want our client's invested money to be wasted for their individual projects but, at the same time we cannot afford the loss on our investment to run a business.
Once any design is created we always share the files for customers review and website demos are loaded on our personal hosting server for a proper review. We never use screen shot method for your design reviews.

Client's work is still in progress and this part was conveyed to the client earlier, this week. Urgent revisions are not applicable when the client has a balance due for the project for quiet some time now. The client acknowledges the due balance at one stage of the discussion we had and then also denies to pay it at the same time.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will be glad to get things back on track !

So the team can provide the best services to me. Mike Francis was working on my logo was very helpful. He also gave me a lot ideas about my project. I would like to give a special thanks to Him, Mike Francis. My logo came the way I wanted it. I'm happy! Thank you! Now they are working on my website.
